Typical price: £600
What is it: Large-screened smart phone with full Qwerty keyboard
What we think: It's one of the best Communicators to date, but you might find it too chunky compared to other smart phones

"Entirely delightful"
What I like:
Beautifully made. Faster processor than other e and N series phones.
What I don't like:
A tad weighty. Easy to press wrong key when using front keypad.
Review:
I've waited a long time for this phone (from O2). While waiting I've tried (and rejected) the O2 Orbit, Nokia N95 & E65 and Sony Ericsson P1. The E90, like all Nokia's, is wonderfully simple to use. I haven't bothered to even open the user manual. The phone itself is well made - I dislike phones that feel cheap and plasticky. The speed of operation is a significant improvement over the both the E65 and N95 and the screen(s) are excellent. Yes, it's bigger and heavier than most, but I'm old enough to have used many phones that were far larger. In many ways I like the "heft" of the E90. Most of the newer phones have to be held with your fingertips, the E90 needs your whole hand! There's no fragile pointing device to break or lose and no need to cover the screen with fingerprints. I love it.
