"Fundamentally flawed"
What I like:
erm........? it looks ok, the screen is a nice size.
What I don't like:
camera, message tones, ring volume, it always freezes up, etc, etc.
Review:
I bought this phone as it was supposed to be so wonderful with it's 5mp camera and all the other goodies packed into it.
In two weeks I have exchanged it twice as I thought it was faulty because it kept freezing up when doing pretty much anything on it but especially when texting and then you have to wait for it to unfreeze to use it again. Also when texting if you put in a wrong letter and try to backspace most of the time it will delete your whole message so you have to start again! slightly annoying!
If the camera is 5mp then I am David Bailey, it is absolutely appalling and trying to get a clear picture is near on impossible always seem to be blurry, the shutter speed is very slow as well, so forget trying to snap anything quick or moving, you'll miss it!
Trying to connect to the PC is a nightmare as well quite often it will tell you connection has failed occasionally it works.
There are only a couple of different message tones built in and they are pretty rubbish and there is absolutely no way of downloading your own tones, this day and age you would think that would be a standard ability on cell phone.
All in all I am very disappointed with the phone, as far as I am concerned Samsung are trying to sell something that isn't ready to be sold yet, they need to do some more work on it.
I am returning my phone and exchanging it for a LG Viewty which is pretty much similar in features but "apparently" a lot better quality at the same price, let's see if that one does what it's supposed to, I will let you all know!
