What is it: Windows Mobile Smartphone with keyboard and wide screen
What we think: The wide screen and keyboard are handy to have, but lots of other devices have these features too, and some put them to better use

"Fundamentally flawed"
What I like:
Good outward appearance, thats it
What I don't like:
unreliable, keyboard too small, just keeps locking up
Review:
The worst handset I've had, basic design is ok, keyboard to small unless you have pencil fingers, BUT mine has been replaced once and waiting for network supplier to contact me on a repeat fault report. It locks up when in keyboard lock for a while so take battery out to reset. On switch on it will go into setup mode, as if its brand new and looking for network etc which has failed many times ( repeat fault report) this is a known mobile windows problem but they keep sending the handsets out without curing it. Battery life? if you gat a s620 then buy a charge cradle, you will need it.
