Poor build quality.
I have had this phone for 18 months on contract. The mini-USB socket has broken 3 TIMES, rendering the phone uselessbecause there is no other way to re-charge it.
The back-up procedure is inadequate - the only way to read the back up is to have another Blackberry phone. Oh dear, my provider doesn't run to that, so every tiime the mini-USB socket breaks, I lose all my contacts ubtil the phone gets replaced ... unless iI copy all my contacts to the SIM CARD, which you have to do ONE by ONE ... Dickensian !
The contract has now run its course, thank God, and I can get a replacement designed for the 21st century !
