What is it: Multimedia smart phone for style-conscious consumers
What we think: Prettier and more phone-like than the previous models in the BlackBerry line, and more consumer focused, too

"Fundamentally flawed"
What I like:
it plays music
What I don't like:
hard to send text, very unreliable, no radio
Review:
Without doubt the most unreliable product I have ever used. Shortly will be on my 3rd replacement via my company, problems include, leading to replacements:
1. No audible ringing tone despite all icons correct
2. Trackerball scrolls down but not back
3. Transmitter automatically switching itself off
A true lemon in my becoming bitter experience
