Typical price: £100
What is it: A superb-looking slider phone that is seamlessly designed and features a heat-sensitive glowing red touchpad
What we think: We're in love with the look of it, but the touchpad can be awkward to use and it's a shame about the lack of expandable memory

Review:
Ok so i got the phone for christmas and was thrilled! I knew i was getting the phone and so read a few reviews on the internet just to see what everyone else thought. I saw mixed reviews, however most were negative. Even so I didn't listen as a few friends have the phone and to my knowledge they have been fine! I really liked the look of the phone and wanted one when they first came out as everyone seemed to be raving about them - hence the 'summary' sentence. Anyway, I got the phone on Christmas day and on New Year's Day I took it back. The phone had been fine until that day when it switched itself off and wouldn't turn back on! I tried charging it although it had been on all night, I even tried my sister's battery in it as she has the same phone. So my Dad took me down to Carphone Warehouse, and they swapped it - no questions asked... which I think may be due to the fact that they get a lot of LG KG800 returns... Since then it's been fine...until the past two weeks when it decides to switch itself off and back on again whenever it feels like it! This is ever so slightly anoyying as the phone takes about 10 minutes to 'load up' and I can't access anything until it's done so! So I will yet again be going down to carphone warehouseto exchange the phone for a Samsung E900.
IMO I wouldn't reccomend the phone... however this is just my experience and my sister who has the same phone has never had any problems! It must just be me!
