Typical price: £100
What is it: A superb-looking slider phone that is seamlessly designed and features a heat-sensitive glowing red touchpad
What we think: We're in love with the look of it, but the touchpad can be awkward to use and it's a shame about the lack of expandable memory

"I love the idea of this phone but to be honest... it sucks!"
What I like:
I like the look of it and the simplicity of the menus etc
What I don't like:
Where do I start...
Review:
I have had this phone for three months and although I have been ultra careful not to scratch the screen by keeping it in the pouch, it is already looking about three years old! The pouch they send with the phone is lovely and I love the idea of it but it is just not practical, I have missed many a call because of the time it takes to remove it.
Another thing is that writing a text message has become a laborious task now as the buttons are fairly unresponsive, after years of practising, I had become a text fiend with a very fast texting finger and now I have to slow it down so the phone can 'catch up'.
Also, my phone is continually turning itself on and off for no reason and sometimes it decides to scroll through my messages and photos for no reason (it's a very nosey phone!).
The battery time is also shocking and rapidly runs out after a few phone calls which, you would think, would be the one thing they should get right, it is a phone for God's sake! It has been totally produced for style with no practical direction.
The quality of the camera is awful and saves photos in a very random order, and another very annoying characteristic is that if you are talking on the phone, the backlight turns itself off and it is impossible to see how long the call has been or look at the time.
All in all I loved the phone for the look and the idea of it is great, but it is overrun with difficulties and faults and I now wish I hadn't bought it and gone for a phone with loads more space for music, photos and messages as well as a better quality camera! Shame my contract is 18 months! The best thing about it was getting the free Sat-Nav, which is faultless!
