What is it: Upgraded version of the Sony Ericsson W800i, in black
What we think: This is a definite improvement on the W800i but it still has a few flaws, especially the new soft keys and lack of camera lens cover

"Very stylish phone"
What I like:
The look of it, the camera, Walkman, pretty much everything!
What I don't like:
No lens cover, small buttons
Review:
All in all a really brilliant phone. Music quality is superb and I've used ripped CDs and music downloaded from limewire on this phone and it all sounds fine to me. Not sure with headphones, but I prefer to use it more as a stereo rather than a Walkman, and the software is pretty easy to use. The camera and video clips are pretty good although the quality of video clips playing back are not exactly the best ever, but alright for a mobile phone.
The only downside I feel is the build of the phone - there is no lens cover so if you were to put it in a pocket with keys or money it could get scratched. Also if you were to drop it I think it would damage fairly easily although I haven't managed to find out yet, luckily!
Probably the worst thing was when I bought two of these W810i's from the link on the net, and when they came we tried them out and all worked fine, however, there was a major problem with getting the battery cover off after the SIM and battery had been put in. We tried everything we could without damaging the phone, even took it to The Link and got their staff to try getting the covers off but they couldn't do it. They even claimed it wasn't a fault and refused to exchange it at first but after phoning Sony Ericsson and the Link hotline they did seem to think it was a fault and so took it back into the store and after some arguing they swapped my two phones for two different ones and these two do seem to come off a lot easier, so if it wasn't for all the hassle I would have marked the phone with a higher score!
