Review:
After only 4 weeks use, the battery would not retain a charge. I purchased it from Carphone Warehouse which has a policy of 3 submissions for repair before they will consider anything. It is now on its third repair (for the same fault) and they can't repair it. They have a 28-day exchange policy but all this means is that you get another Poppy phone (reconditioned second hand) and then the cycle starts again. DON'T buy the phone and don't deal with Carphone Warehouse - both atrocious
