| Review summary | We really wanted to love the Sony Ericsson Xperia X1 as it boasts an attractive design and features the iPhone 3G would be jealous of, but it runs on Windows Mobile and as a consequence doesn't deliver a great user experience. Apple has put the icing on the cake with the iPhone 3G S, adding many of the smaller features that we missed on the previous model. It's not a huge change from the iPhone 3G, so look carefully at the hardware before upgrading or investing in this expensive phone, but it won't disappoint users who crave a great user experience. It's the current king of gadgets Read full review |
If you can stand the Hero's occasional sluggishness, it's a fantastic smart phone packed with great features. We like its distinctive looks, and the innovative user interface brings Android much closer to being as fun and good-looking as the iPhone OS, while being far more customisable. Occasional lag and Android's rough edges mean it's not quite an iPhone killer, but it's definitely fighting in the same class Read full review |
