We like:

Small and pocket-friendly; Wi-Fi and bluetooth; some useful extra software

We don't like:

Small screen; slow processor; Office Mobile not included

If you value compact dimensions in a smart phone above up-to-the-minute features and performance, BenQ's E72 may be the Windows Mobile device for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere. We have some gripes with its slow clock speed, small screen and lack of applications to let you do simple things like edit Word documents

BenQ recently launched a new E72 Windows Mobile handset, which was initially only available via BT Fusion. Now it's available SIM-free for £100 from Expansys.
