We like:
Thinner design; sturdy casing; HSDPA; Wi-Fi; GPS; 3.5mm headphone jack
We don't like:
Lack of flash on the camera; keypad could be slightly larger

While there are certain things about the Pro that we think could be improved, such as the camera, it's a solid business phone that runs relatively smoothly. It lacks the finesse of the BlackBerry Bold and wow of the iPhone but it works well and is a good choice if you're looking for a Windows Mobile phone that does what it says on the tin
