Typical price: £170
What is it: Pay as you go 5-megapixel camera phone
What we think: It's not the best 5-megapixel camera phone out there, but it's not the most expensive either

We like:
Solid phone; easy-to-use camera
We don't like:
Lack of xenon flash; lack of 3G
CNET.co.uk judgement:
The LG KC550 is a solid camera phone with a reasonable price tag. Unlike the higher-end 5-megapixel camera phones, this won't leave you out of pocket, but it doesn't have a xenon flash, so don't expect great shots in low light
