The P300 is an incredible achievement considering how large the first mobile phones were. It might only have a 1.3-megapixel camera and 80MB of internal memory, but with a phone this size it's incredible that it even makes phone calls, let alone take pictures that you can Bluetooth to your friends. We were impressed by the battery life and, aside from the rearranged keypad, we thought the P300 was very good

The Samsung SGH-P300 is an incredible achievement that demonstrates Samsung's prowess as a mobile phone company. It measures a credit card-like 85mm long and 55mm wide and is only 9mm thin. For a handset that weighs only 81g, the P300 doesn't suffer from a lack of features -- it has a 1.3-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, 80MB of internal memory, a Web browser and a 262k colour screen.
