What is it: Upgraded version of the Sony Ericsson W800i, in black
What we think: This is a definite improvement on the W800i but it still has a few flaws, especially the new soft keys and lack of camera lens cover

We like:
New black casing; new navigation key
We don't like:
The new soft keys; lack of camera lens
CNET UK judgement:
The W810i is a great-looking phone that will please those people who didn't like the orange and white colour of the W800i and it also fixes some of its flaws. If you're looking for a Walkman branded phone this is the best to date, but we're disappointed about the new soft keys and lack of camera lens cover

The Sony Ericsson W810i is a cool customer in a black suit with orange cufflinks. But is this a great pretender or is this a phone that you'll want to spend a little time with?
