Good: Nothing

Bad: Everything

Comment: I was sold this phone by the Vodafone sales team as phone that could compete with the iphone. What complete and utter rubbish!
I can honestly say that this is the worst phone i have ever owned!
The screen constantly freezes and can take up to 5 mins to get working again and it takes ages just to look at a text message which is really frustrating. i can't find my contacts easily either and it often throws me off the internet.
I complained to Vodafone about this only to be told that there is nothing they can do until my contract runs out...IN 2 YEARS( i was under the impression it was an 18 month contract!).
If you are looking at getting this phone i seriously advise you not too!

Good: The camera when it works.

Bad: Everything

Comment: I bought this phone due to the great sales pitch offered by the vodafone store! This phone offers everything you could want from a smartphone, and it did in the first few weeks. Since then problems mount up.
The Facebook app and the ability to see your facebook contacts was a great idea, but the status updates are usually about 2week to months out of date.
The touch screen is awful. and everything you touch e.g apps etc. take about 2 secs to respond and then you have to wait for the app to load.
Opening text messages can be very stressful at times. Because they can take upto 10mins to load/open and even then the text message sometimes vanishes.
I cant find a phonebook anywhere without scanning through all my facebook contacts or using the search feature which can also be a mission at times.
the internet will often just close and the vodafone web search has never seemed to work.
I have just had an update on the phone but nothing seems to have changed except i have a new wallpaper background and texting has changed.
The phone is really slow and crashes loads. i have had to remove the battery so many times.
This phone could have been great all the ideas are amazing, they just dont seem to work.
I have contacted vodafone so many times and the phone has been for repair and came back unchanged. Vodafone have told me that there is nothing i can do and due to the contract i cant change it for another 18months.

Good: Nothing

Bad: Unusable as a phone

Comment: Touch screen will drive you mad and cost you money in inadvertent calls you cannot kill as the screen locks out. Bugs in the software make it erratic so entering contacts is a nightmare. I hate it.

Good: Looks

Bad: Touch screen, no configurations, lockout time

Comment: I have had this phone as a courtesy whilst my HTC is having a new screen fitted, god was I glad to get the news that my own phone was ready for collection. The Touch Screen often doesn't work, it can be difficult to access a text entry box in Opera. There does not seem to be any way to turn off the annoying keystroke sounds without putting the entire phone on silent.

Maybe my experience has been spoiled by the lack of instructions I received but i can normally figre out handsets with them so why should it matter this time?

Not for me

Good: That it's cheaper than my old phone contract

Bad: Everything

Comment: Utter rubbish...appalling difficult to use, inadequate instructions and terrible reception. Without doubt the worst bit of technology I've ever owned and am taking it back to Vodaphone after three days of pointless struggles with it...

Good: The Screen and the Facebook integration

Bad: Frequently pulls info for vodafone 360

Comment: This is a great phone and has every you need in a phone. The camera delivers brilliant quality photos along with HD 720p recording.

Every thing is as clear as crystal on the screen and enjoy the layout of conversations.

I upgraded from the Sony Ericsson C902 and it's worth every penny.

Good: Music play back is EXCEPTIONAL & Camera is AWESOME!

Bad: Vodafone 360! - ultimately forced me to return the handset!

Comment: I so wanted to like this phone due to the AMAZING and i mean AMAZING MP3 playback. A 320kb tune played back on my Senn (CX550's) absolutely BLEW ME AWAY! By far in a way the best music player I have EVER HEARD!

Having took and printed off some photos the camera aspect of the device too is absolutely AMAZING! A true 6x4 image looks crisps and clear, a genuine replacement for a dedicated camera (not in all conditions).

From my test shots the camera on this handset completely trounced the Sony Ericsson Satio which claims to be 12.1mp - actual default setting i 9mp and I think most of the picels are used to generate NOISE! I do not like the camera on the Satio!

All in all if this handset had been left alone by the Big Wigs @ Vodafone and Samsung were left to plant either LiMo basic or Anroid GUI on this handset. Couple that with giving the user the option to customize - THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A TRUE CHALLANGER TO THE iPHONE!

Thanks to Vodafone though all they have succeed to do is ruin a potentaily GREAT PHONE!

*I have been a Vodafone customer for 11 years but their choice, and cosistent choice of poor handset is forcing me away as a customer!!!! Please take note of that comments Vodafone as a number of my long term frinds and fellow long term vodafone customers feel the same way!!!!!

MUST DO BETTER!

The last section is directed at Vodafone rather than constructive review of handset but as this is ONLY a Vodafone handset the two go hand in hand. Thereby I feel justified to add the Vodafone overview and critic!
