Good: Excellent value
Bad: Camera in low light is poor
Comment: I don't agree with this review at all - it was obviously written by a gamer who complains that it won't run games as well as his Galaxy S3. That misses the point entirely, as it is about a third of the monthly tariff, and aimed at regular phone users, for whom it fits the bill perfectly.
The screen's not bad at all, the phone feels comfortable in your pocket, and with the upgrade to the latest Android 4.2.2 it seems bug free to me.
I have all the rugular apps installed, and it's only half full, so memory 4Gb is OK for me. I noted that, before upgrading the software, the device memory reports were in error - it is fine now.
In summary, a good phone for regular users. If you want to play games then get a PS4.
Good: nice shape, leight weight, good working touch screen
Bad: camera, older version of android
I did also have troubles with opening the cover. That's the way how to make it easily.
Bad: the back cover is horribly difficult to open
Comment: Took me 1 hour and still cannot open the back cover.
Bad: The cover is very difficult to open. Badly design
Comment: The Xperia L gave me a horrible first experience. I have used many many mobile phones in my life including Sony Xperia Z. Never had I had some much trouble opening the back cover to insert the SIM card. I looked at the manual, looked at youtube videos, cut myself and still couldnt open the cover.
I am wondering if I should give it to my niece or just throw it away.
Comment: Also, since when is, Jelly bean outdated?
Good: CHEAP, £120, fast for cheap price, good design, EVERYTHING
Bad: Nothing whatsoever!
Comment: PLEASE REVIEW AGAIN! In vodafone, this phone is £120. Surely this phone is amazing for £120!
Good: Very good value from Virgin
Bad: It's 4 Gb - Virgin told me it was 8Gb !
Comment: Frankly I think this is a daft review as it seems to compare the phone with a Galaxy S3 or HTC One - so you are NOT comparing like for like. Both those phones cost £30+ per month whereas this is £13. I don't want to play high graphics games on a phone so it represents good build quality and a fast phone for the money.
My only gripe is that Virgin told me it was 8Gb, whereas it is clearly only 4.
Good: I want this phone
Bad: Please answer it!
