Good: Great screen, awesome camera, really fast for a single core processor.

Bad: Plasticy case, only single core, laggy on some apps, freezes on apps aswell.

Comment: This phone is a really good phone if you want a cheap smartphone.

Good: Great design, great sound quality, great camera quality, I love the exploded overview and the (if you increase the brightness level) very bright screen.

Bad: Way too laggy (not enough RAM), hate the fact that there aren't settings in the notification bar (like there are with Samsungs) ,I don't really like the music player app because you cannot swipe the screen across to change song, you cannot change the volume from the screen and there isn't a way to check how many songs ( if you want to check then you need to download Realplayer app WHICH IS 30MB).Also the battery life is quite short if you use is frequently.

Comment: I got the phone in January and to be honest I have mixed emotions, I get really angry at the phone because it is way too laggy but it compensates for this by having truly outstanding sound quality. I know that the phone is quite cheap because that RAM is very expensive and that if the phone had as much RAM as the LG Optimus Nexus (2GB) or at least the Samsung Galaxy SIII (1GB) then it would be at least £100 more expensive. It would have been great it they could make versions of the phone. One with the same amount of RAM as now and one with at least GB which would obviously be more expensive. So overall, if you really can't afford a better phone then and don't mind the lag and the battery life is quite short as I already mentioned earlier.
Thank you for reading and I hope you take my advice on board before you buy the device.

Good: Good looking, fast for single core, excellent camera.

Bad: Battery life could be better.

Comment: I have been using the phone ( which I picked up for £90.00 second hand) for about 2 months and as I spend most of my day in the office I can charge the battery whenever so that being my only major fault with the handset I am very happy. Stunning photo's, good sound, superb display. My biggest problem will be next week when the new " Galaxy" gets us all excited, only then will I decide to keep the Arc or sell it and put the money towards a Galaxy S3

Good: It's value for money..!!

Bad: Gets hot on using heavy applications like Apparatus or angry birds fr more than 25 to 30 mins

Comment: Agreeing with Cnet a dual core should have been introduced but overall it is one of the latest smartphone with an ICS upgradable.. It's worth buying

Good: Camera quality if it worked.

Bad: Everything.

Comment: This phone is absolutely rubbish. I've only had it since December and it's now nearing the end of March. EVERY SINGLE app on the phone freezes, and refuses to work - this includes the messages, phone, log book, any other apps that came on the phone. So if I turn the phone off and on it will forget all my data, delete all apps and whatever, and it even set the date to 6th July 1980, it also forgot my location, changes the background on its own accord, and many other crap problems I shouldn't have to deal with supposedly the top of the range phone, as it only came out in December.

I was not a all impressed by Sony, it has 8HD camera which perhaps is the only good thing on the damn phone, by quality wise I mean, but that's also pointless as it freezes as well.

Never in the rest of my life will I purchase a Sony phone. Honestly, I had a small LG phone before this, and in all sense, I would go back to it if it wasn't broken.
