Good: Large screen, very fast connectivity
Bad: Fastport port for handsfree and charging works badly
Comment: I like this phone very much. It is quite small and thin for a slide phone. It also has a large screen and really great colors. When comparing the colors in the screen to my old K800i I see that the colors are much more vibrant on this W910i set.
Another thing that is really great on this phone is the connectivity. The 3.5G (HSDPA) speed is really great.
However, I bought this phone mainly for it's music feature. The media software interface is really nice looking, but when using my 8GB M2 card packed with AAC files is the browsing of playlists and tracks very slow. The sound itself is ok, but nothing special, but better than my old K800i. So now I just stick to my iPod and connect to this phone wirelessly via my BluEye remote for the iPod. I listen to audiobooks bought from Audible too and the phone also is shipped with an Audible software, which was a really good surprise for me.
There is one big thing that has irritated my very much about every Sony Ericsson phone that I have ever had. It is the connector for charging, USB and handfree, the Fastport. It is improved from the previous version of the port, but it is still quite bad. I bought this phone last March and for a couple of months now I have had a hard time connecting my mono handsfree, that I use when at work. I have to wiggle it for it to work (it worked when the phone was new). I have tried to clean it, but it didn't help. I had the exact same problem with my old K800 and K610i. The same is with the charging. I discovered a couple of times, after leaving the phone connected to the charger, that it hadn't charged at all. I am considering buying a Nokia set because of this.
Besides this problem, this is a really good phone.

Good: Lightweight, easy to use, feels great
Bad: Battery Life is terrible
Comment: I love this phone - its well featured, works great as a walkman, good sound, interesting take on music selection with the sensme feature.
battery life is absolutely awful though SE claim 9 hours talk time and 14.5 days on standby- not in this universe. The most you can expect is 24-48 hours tops with relatively light use. Camera? Don't bother - no where near as goos as my old k750i and much worse than most i've seen recently.
Summary - It's really cool and feels fantastic, tactile and solid and well built. Gr8 for music, txt, internet and good old-fashioned calls forget photography or being away form a power socket for too long

Good: Slim design, lightweight, looks great
Bad: Very slow when browsing media, low volume in MP3 playback
Comment: I was really looking for ward to this phone arriving after using the Sony w850i, which I was really pleased with overall. Unfortunately although this phone looks great inside and out, it feels as if the processor has not received any sort of upgrade. I have a 4gb card in the phone with about 40 albums on it. If you choose the list of albums to browse the phone crawls really slowly and it takes ages to find any tracks. This was never a problem on version 2 of the walkman software on the w850i. It's really irritating and almost makes the phone unusuable for its primary function - a music phone! The other gripe I have is with the volume. It is no where near as loud as the w850i through the headphones. I have tried other headphones but it makes no difference.
To my surprise I also discovered that there is no LED and it has a paltry 2 meg camera. Both of these features are extremely dissapointing. I can almost forigve the camera being 2 meg as it is a music phone, but the lack of a light is ridiculous consider the previous model had one.
If you are happy to use the supplied 1gb card and just have a few albums on the phone then it will run fine, but if you are like me and expected it to be able to handle its capacity with the same efficiency then steer clear and go for an alternative product.

Good: Music clarity
Bad: Really haven't found a dislike yet
Comment: This actually delivers what the phone companies have been talking about for years. A phone that is not impaired by other functionality... and a music player that finally replaces my 30GB iPod.
What is more... it's better than the iPod... smaller, lighter and with a few 4GB M2 cards, contains all my tracks. Sound quality is very high... as good... if not better than the iPod...
On top of that a really usable camera... with pictures that can be saved on a memory card !!!
Best of all... no stupid software... just drag and drop !!!
