Bad: Buttons.
Comment: I had this phone 2 years ago, it breaks easily, the buttons broke, everytime i went through pictures, my phone would freeze and play up, never ever had a sony after this. Worst phones ever!

Good: slick, slim and good sound
Bad: freezes, restarts itself
Comment: Add wifi and gps to my w910i and I'd pick it over my w995.
Currently two years old, still in good shape considering its a part of my toykit when i babysit kids.

Good: Easy to use
Bad: Freezes,
Comment: I have been given this phone as a present from my aunt, I've had it for almost a year now & when I first had it, it was great there was a few issues with texting but I soon got them resolved. However for about 3-4 months the phone has been freezing and switching itself of. I have read through other reviews and I have read that this has happened to others as well as my self, but in other cases the phone turned itself back on after a while. My phone does not do this, mine seems to just turn itself off. I don't know what to do, and I don't want to send it away to Sony Ericsson for a few months as I need this phone.
Any advice?

Good: camera, use-ability, music
Bad: powersave
Comment: I've owned my W910i for over 2 years and i've never had any problems with it ever. it had a red light twice, i switched it off and then it was ok!
i've taken some decent pictures on it, good video footage, it plays music perfectly, is amenable when it comes to typing text messages etc etc. sound quality for recording voices at a distance isn't very good but close up, works well.
no complaints from me, would definitely buy a Sony again!

Good: It looks nice
Bad: Unreliability
Comment: TERRIBLE
The most unreliable phone I have ever owned.
Battery life is poor, the internet connection SOOO slow, and the picture quality of the camera is low. I've had numerous problems with the functions freezing, it switches itself off then on (eventually), and now the bluetooth has stopped working. It's been repaired 4 times alrady over the last 12 months. Now, while still in the Sony guarantee they claim that it's 'unrepairable' and want £10+VAT to send it back to me.
What an absolute rip off and waste of money. Sony products look good but performance doesn't match up.

Good: slim, sleek cool phone
Bad: waiting for repair work
Comment: think it's great? just wait!! I had one for 6 months and really liked it. Then it started freezing. Then it just stopped working. I've found I'm not alone either, lots of problems with this phone, the software just doesn't seem to be up to the job. I've had sony ericsson phones for years now, this is the first one to disappoint me

Good: Clear intuitive menu & graphics. Large screen. Very pocketable. Audio.
Bad: basic camera
Comment: I tried several phones before deciding on the W910i. It wasn't my original first choice as others looked better in reviews and in specifications. However, it does a particularly good job of being a well-featured phone as long as you don't want a high-res camera.

Good: Large screen,slim slider
Bad: Average camera,proprietary head jack
Comment: My friend bought one and within 2 weeks the coating was peeling right off!.If you are looking for a good camera just avoid this.It has nothing going for it except large screen.

Good: The new music features - walkman 3.0, shake control, sense me etc.
Bad: Nothing
Comment: This is a great music phone and if there are any complaints about the camera just go get a camera phone
