Good: The walkman section
Bad: You can just push one button to get straight back to the front screen
Comment: It's my fave phone, and it's fab and funky

Good: Sliding construction, screen, sound and video calls
Bad: It's a little bit thick and video quality is poor as usual (176x144)max
Comment: This is surely my next cellphone after W810i which is still very nice but I like Sony Ericsson's change... Keep it up, make some more sliders.

Good: The best thing about the phone is its storage system, which allows you to expand the memory. The music plays a key part in the phone's rating because it allows you to listen to music and still browse the phone
Bad: I hate the way you can end a call by sliding the handset down
Comment: I think this is the phone you want to have if it's music and applications you're after.

Good: Design
Bad: Sound, screen
Comment: Sony appear to have have installed a ridiculous auto sound leveling system when you play MP3s. When louder tracks are played the player struggles to adjust the volume and this makes tracks sound awfull... what's worse this feature can't be turned off! This feature was not present on the older W800i.
Also Sony have installed a screen brightness system, the phone adjusts the brightness of the screen depending on the ambient conditions... the screen frequesntly appears too dull, and does not appear to have the clarity of the W810 and K800 models (ie the resolution appears lower).
Hopefully Sony will rectify this on their software update site as I have made them aware of it...

Good: The MP3
Bad: Everything but the MP3
Comment: Not a good phone. If you want a good phone get a K800i, the W850i is a big flop - you might as well buy an iPod.
