Good: Easy to hold, nice key board.
Bad: A lot.
Comment: I bought this phone just in January of 2011. I haven't had it long. This phone no longer vibrates, doesn't tell me when I have received a message, it's like it's on silent mode, and I have gone through and changed everything to make it vibrate.
Currently I will send a message to someone and they will text back but my phone will not receive it, I actually have to turn off my phone, then turn it back on to get a message. It very annoying and kills the battery.
Also when you play an app the phone battery dies quickly along with it.
I went in to Rogers talking to them about it and the lady straight up told me that the phone is a waist and isn't a very good phone. She recommended just getting a new phone, and so i am. I need something to get me through my 2 years contract. and im only 5 months in.
Good: perfect size, waight, feels solid, not like a cheep peace of plastic. Great design. Very good keybord. I like that it foesnt feel like a ruber, like almost all other models I treid, where you had to have nails, cause only finger tips cant push it. Great video and picture quality.
Bad: a bit messy meniu, the lock is easily accidentaly unlocked.
