Good: Looks nice
Bad: ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ELSE
Comment: Its the most useless phone ive ever had the misfortune to own .memory changes depending on how it feels , can go from 3mb to out of memory in seconds , then back up to 3mb after a reboot, it turns itself off for no reason , it wont send messages longer than one at a time , if it recieves 2 messages together too quickly it freezes you need to reboot, messages are lost as it thinks youv'e read them , BATTERY LIFE IS USELESS, a day on standby if youre lucky , i could go on but other reviews tell the same story , always had erricson phones this will be my last .my loyalty to the brand is ruined irrepairably . do not be seduced by its looks .

Good: External look sound quality are better.
Bad: Exept above two all other facilities are not in a good position.
Comment: Actually now i think i wasted my money , because of purchasing Wi100. it 's always getting stuck. Too much slow. cannot reply to a text message immediately. often it says OUT OF MEMORY. phone is always restarting. doesn't functioning well.I think there is a problem with it's software.
I returned back my phone to the place where i bought it and people who recommended it to me after 2 months of my purchase. They sent my phone to the company and company had been sent me a new phone. but the new one also the same. i'm really frustrated with this matter.

Good: Size and colour
Bad: Absolute rubbish, do not even contemplate purchasing one of these. If you are offered one for £1 it will still be a waste of money
Comment: I had the phone for 2 weeks when all texts (received and sent) were showing as blank pages on the phone and on any phone I sent the text to. Tesco's store in Trowbridge were excellent and told us it waqs a memory problem, so we put in a new 2GB memory card and the same thing happened. Tesco staff immediately replaced the handset with a new one.
Two weeks later this replacement phone did exactly the same, but the original receipt was not over the 28 days allowed by Tescos so the phone had to be returned to their Customer Services address. A week later the same phone handset was returned with a letter saying the fault had been found, repaired and the latest software had been installed. All went well with the phone for ....... Yes, you've guessed it two weeks.
Returned to Tescos Store and told them it was not fit for purpose and that it was not of merchantable quality. Both these comments should make it clear that a refund is due, but the manager had to check and was told the Customer Services had to make three attempts to repair before a refund could be given.I did not want to make a fuss with the poor manager as his hands were tied by the red tape
Tescos have set up. The normal statutory rights of any purchase are that a full refund should be immediate if the item is not fit for purpose or not of merchantable quality. Those two comments describe this phone perfectly.
I have now been given the telephone number of Sony Ericssons repairs/ Customer Services so that I can get satisfaction from them. I will come back with a further review of this awful phone when I have had some replies from them and from Tescos head offices.
There is no option to give 0 stars so I have left a 1/2 star, but the phone does not really reach that very low standard.

Comment: Can people please post constructive criticism.
For the people who gave it 1 star because they didn't like the camera. Firstly it's a phone not a camera if you want to take a photo get a bl**dy camera. Secondly it is a Sony ericcson Walkman camera which might suggest to some people that it is designed more for music than pictures! Think about it.
For the people that complained about the phone running out of memory for sending texts etc. You will have the same problem on 'ANY' phone if you never delete sent/recieved texts unless you get a phone with unlimited memory.
In either case people giving 1 star reviews because something unrelated to it's primary function does meet 'their' expectations is not helpfull to people wanting to read an informative review.
How does it work as a phone? What is the sound quality like? Good signal strength? Battery life? Durability? These are the things I want to know not the fact that some idi*t can't work out how to delete texts or use a camera.
End rant!

Good: Nothing
Bad: All that is not nothing
Comment: It took a photo in January 1973 which it then corrupted (along with all other data) which I rearly wanted to see. Burning your money would be better than buying this phone as it would produce some heat and light.

Good: price, mp3 player, camera.
Bad: internet (so I have heard)
Comment: It's a shame seeing all those people having such a bad experience with this cute little phone.
I bought it after needing to buy a new one, since I was with Tmobile on my previous mobile and it decided it wanted to kill my signal most of the time and delay calls and texts.
This was well in the price range I was looking for, I could have waited until I had been payed so I could spend a little more but I needed it asap.
I'm well aware this isn't the most spectacularly, jaw dropping, amazing phone out there but it was impressive enough for me. Especially when comparing it to my old mobile. Motorola V235 :).
I have enjoyed the camera, it is described as a downpoint but it is far better than my other phones. All I would really want it for is snapshots anyway, since I would use a digital camera for anything more specific.
There are only two negatives I'm personally finding (hence the 4 stars), it has a sound recorder but it fades in and out even though you keep the phone right next to the thing being recorded. But this is improved if you plug in the handsfree and record through it's microphone.
Also with the digital camera sometimes I'm finding photo's come out split up the middle, the photo split into a mess of three to the left and the right being entirely green.
apart from that i'm happy with it, it phones and texts that's all that matters to me, the camera and music player are an added bonus.
I won't be going online with it, so I can't share my views on that, though the web browsing on it sounds pretty bad.
