Good: nice looking, fast, great sound
Bad: Horrible headphones - bad keys
Comment: good phone got it 4 years ago and still nothings wrong with it, the only thing that is really annoying are the keys, they break into half easilly!!

Good: The Everchanging Theme was interesting
Bad: Product has a lot of faults, such as faulty keypad and screen
Comment: I've had to send mine away 4 times to be fixed and yet when it returns the same fault (broken keys) occurs again with a week. A few of my friends have this phone and exactly the same thing has happened to them. Overall a very poor product.

Comment: this phone is outstanding in all ways by its looks features etc. and this would be my 2nd best phone i ever owned!!! the lights and looks are just amazing....sony ericsson just topping up now beats every single phone company now!!!
