Good: Nothing
Bad: Terrible keys, poor design, no better than K800i
Comment: Avoid this trash and buy a Samsung or LG.

Good: Superb features and excellent camera
Bad: The updated circular keys and joystick - a poor "upgrade" from the K800i
Comment: This (K810i) is quite simply THE most ergonomically unfriendly phone on the market. After 5 minutes of using this phone I had severe pains in my wrists trying to adapt to the new keys which look good but are terrible to use when texting. The slightly reduced height of the joystick also makes this phone so awful to use.
Sony have created a real own goal when "upgrading" the excellent K800i with this rubbish. I have now gone out and purchased a Samsung U600 Ultra II in Silver which looks the nuts and is very user friendly. Sony Ericcson and Nokia have just lost their way completely. Sony have also ruined the "upgrade" from the excellent W810i by introducing the W880i which is thin but again those keys are just rank and unuseable!!
