Good: Everything!

Comment: This phone is fantastic. It has everything. I am getting a new phone though, but that's just because I've had for two years roughly and want a change! The 'back' key comes in handy, there is a button to play a random song stored on your phone if your headphones are plugged in, it has zoom buttons for the camera which can also be used as volume control, and if you slide open the back lens cover the camera opens on your phone, like a shortcut. The joystick makes navigating the menu easy to do, plus typing on this phone is a breeze. Sound quality is good, camera quality is great for 2 megapixels, the camera has flash and a self-timer and also different effects (black and while, solarize etc), and there are some cool little features that make this phone fun to use. Fantastic battery life.

I own it

Good: Everything!

Bad: Nothing!

Comment: I recently had an upgrade from the K750i to an MDA Vario - omg, I wish I hadn't even bothered. Why they are even trying to improve on this phone I'll never know! I was told the joystick goes on these but I have 5 other friends who use theirs like me solidly and have done for the past 18 months and they haven't gone! The only bug bear is the memory sticks are a bit overpriced. It could do with a miniSD or something like that so it's cheaper. But otherwise everything on this phone is wicked, I love it, love it, love it!

Good: The design

Bad: Dust under the glass

Comment: I've had the dust taken care of five times and it still collects dust, I've even had it replaced with a brand new K750i but it doesn't change the fact that it's like a vacuum cleaner.

Good: Everything

Bad: The headphones that it comes with, worth investing in the W800i headphones which are also compatible and have a 3.5mm jack connector.

Comment: Amazing phone, great camera, great connectivity and interface.

Good: Smaller, lighter and plenty of features

Bad: Only the battery connection by cable (good one as easy if you use desktop charger)

Comment: I bought to make me easy for email and fast SMS plus plenty of features include easy download for anything you like fom website like theme, etc.. nice colour screen that look much rich. I also have desktop charger that look nice with green LED light when it switch on for charging. the memory stick that come with box is 64MB but can upgrade to 2GB (cheaper is 512MB or 1GB cost about £15-£35). It still nice smaller phone Ive seen all time also very easy to pocket as well plus good camera with large pixel as well - 10 out of 10!!!

Good: MP3 player, radio, camera,

Bad: Often blocks or is slow, problems transferring MP3 files

Comment: After searching around for a while for a phone with good MP3 capabilities I was pleased when my K750i dropped through the letter box. The features on this phone are endless, it really does do everything and to a high standard as well. However after spending a small fortune on a 2GB memory stick I was disappointed to find that after transferring several albums to the phone using the USB cable that although they appeared to have been transferred, they hadn't and only eight tracks in total had actually gone. I tried this several times and always encountered the same problem. A bit of Googleing soon revealed that this many users have experienced this and the only way around this is to invest in a card reader and transfer the files this way. I did this, it is actually a lot quicker and works perfectly.
My only other gripe is that it takes ages to start up (and I mean ages!!) and has blocked on many occasions (is it running Windows ME I wonder). But overall it really is an excellent phone and I'm sure Mr Sony will find a solution to these firmware teething problems (downloading firmware updates seems to be a doddle) and then i'll give it a 10.

Good: Being Sony I just love it. I love the superb picture quality, expandable memory, can download Moto/Nokia games and they work perfect on it

Bad: Only feature which really brings this phone down is not being able to change covers. And the cost of the memory sticks as they are not so widely used

Comment: Just love this phone, works perfectly, has all the functions I need, am able to download games/apps which are made for other phones with no compatibilty options, only phone I've come across which is able to do this. Was disappointed that they still used Memory Stick Duo in the phone, but I don't think that it will continue to be a problem as the PSP also uses MS Duo, so I can just change the card across to whichever one I am using. Also a lot better than the S700i, as that could only work with up to 128MB cards. Only other thing I don't like is not being able to change the cover, but this isn't that big an issue as you can customise the themes. All in all a GREAT PHONE
