Good: Exterior, Size, Accessibility, functions
Bad: absence of memory card (had to get it separately)
Comment: I finally got this Cell for my birthday..I had wanted it for quite a while, but until recently it was rarely available in Bahrain, so kudos to my brother who kept looking, and finally found it somewhere (though i personally had looked for it in every possible place). Ok, so i have been an ex- extensive cell-phone user, with work calls and messages all coming in and going all the time, i have had Pda and berries and sincerely was tired of smart phones...not that this one is not smart..it was about time that i found something to match my personality..and seriously i am not that sophisticated so this was the only cell from an array of phones available in the market that appealed to me truly..so here i am, proud owner of a jalou..and i love it... first of all the size is perfect to fit in the palm and look chic...you can showoff you manicure really nicely!:p..it has a beautiful exterior..and the cover screen is just a huge plus point! the functions are simple...no hassle...just a PHONE for once...the mirror and pedometer is amazing as well....keypad may look small to some people but i think its just about standard size. Absolutely feminine..and absolutely gorgeous... I heart Jalou!

Good: Great battery life, fast internet browsing, excellent radio reception, good loud ringtones, sleek and stylish
Bad: The keys are a bit small and too close together & collects fingerprints easilly
Comment: I love this phone - functionality wise it is the best I have had in years!
The battery life is excellent, the FM radio reception is crystal clear, internet browsing is fast, easy and reliable. It has a good selection of ringtones, with the highest volume being VERY loud which is handly if you are out in a nighclub, out shopping or any other noisy environment. For the last couple of years I have had Samsung phones which are a bit of a nuisance when texting as you have to navigate to a different menu to get a the siimple 'apostrophe' symbol awhich was highly annoying. None of this with the jalou - all the most commonly used symbols (including the apostrophe) are available via tapping the '1' key and there are emoticons too which is a bonus.
As for the camera - admittedly it has no flash. However, for me personally this is not a dealbreaker as I would only use a phone cam in an emergency anyway - I have an actual digital camera I take out with me whenI know there's going to be photo opportunities! That said, i don't think the quality of pics taken on the Jalou is bad at all and there is a menu full of effects you can add to any photos you do take.
The Jalou (as has been mentioned before) is quite a girly phone with it's petite, jewel design (and given the fact that it has a 'mirror' function for checking out your appearance and a pedometer). However, as a woman these functions are a plus for me - I can't recommend this phone enough!
