Good: Looks nice and good internal memory
Bad: Muffled Voice when making calls - recipient can't hear what you are saying
Comment: this is the first phone I've had with features some of which are great like the pedometer - handy for work outs. I also like the fact that it's easy to use and has a long battery life providing you don't use wifi constantly. The large internal memory is great for storing texts and photos. Photo quality is fair.
The photo shutter button on top is hard to use and subjects are left waiting whilst you faf about trying to take a photo. the button on the middle of the nav keys works as a camera shutter button and is easier to use though. The microphone is awful. I can't make calls without my voice being muffled so I have to text everyone. I probably wouldn't buy another sony for this reason.

Good: Very good camera
Bad: Virtually everything else
Comment: The good bit first. It has a superb camera, the shots are pin sharp and capture colours very well. As for the rest? The plastic screen is easily scratched, it turns itself on in your pocket and makes calls all on it's own, the backlight on the buttons only works when it feels like it; sometimes it reads the memory card and sometimes it doesn't (I have changed cards twice and it made no difference) and the slider is badly designed so that texts that should be visible get shunted back into the text menu which you then have to get to to view the text! All in all I am very disappointed with this phone, so much so that I will probably not get another Sony Ericsson when my contract is up for renewal.

Good: Excellent Camera and User Interface
Bad: No wi-fi; can get greasy finger prints easily
Comment: I had my C903 for about a week to replace my previous SE W800i which worked well for me for the past 3+ years. I was attracted by this new model so I bought it despite my old phone is still working perfectly.
The C903 is actually better than my first 4M pixel Canon DC! The 2.4 inch screen is sharp and bright and can easily beat a lot of the low end DCs.
Luckily I don't have big fingers but I would anticipate the keypad may not be user-friendly to those with big hands. Similarly with the shutter button.
All in all, it is a very user-friendly, features packed and very affordable. No complaint (so far).
