Good: the look, the weight, the quality
Bad: don't get me started
Comment: After 3 weeks the touchscreen stopped working, only after I thought I had done loads of research I found out too late that this phone has a BIG screen problem. Because I bought it in Dubai I had to send it back there to get it repaired. This was the beginning of March, it is now June and they have informed me that I need to get a courier to collect it, they will not send it back!! I have complained the S.E. and although they have acknowledged receipt of my letter I have had nothing back. I really, really, wish I hadn't bothered forking out this much cash, if it had been a cheaper phone I would have binned it by now, and S.E. customer service is dire. Not a happy bunny!!
