Good: I love the colour and the feel of it, it's menus are easy to navigate.
Bad: no Bluetooth and can't play receive mp3 files
Comment: This phone would be perfect if it had mp3 capacity, some of the ring tones are a awful. Camera is pretty good. I would like a clear skin cover as it gets scratched very easily (especially if you use the charm!!!).
Quality is no that good, but it makes up for it in charm!

Good: Nothing
Bad: Everything
Comment: After only 4 weeks use, the battery would not retain a charge. I purchased it from Carphone Warehouse which has a policy of 3 submissions for repair before they will consider anything. It is now on its third repair (for the same fault) and they can't repair it. They have a 28-day exchange policy but all this means is that you get another Poppy phone (reconditioned second hand) and then the cycle starts again. DON'T buy the phone and don't deal with Carphone Warehouse - both atrocious

Good: I like the colour of the phone and the rose on it as well. It has a camera and video and it records voice
Bad: I don't know if it has Bluetooth, because that is what would make this my ideal phone

The thing that puts this phone down is that it might not have Bluetooh but yes its a good phone for whoever likes pink, that's for sure.
