Good: Menu is very easy to use and I think the design is very good, the PC suite is also very good
Bad: You can't use a MP3 as a message alert tone (typical of Samsungs) and there is no flash with camera
Comment: Overall a very good phone for every-day use. Messaging, talking and taking pics are very easy to do. Frustrated that you can't have an MP3 as a message alert. Alarm function good as well, wouldn't get to work without it. Summary - glad I chose it.

Good: Very good user interface, large screen, good calendar and reminder
Bad: Can't assign MP3s to alarms and text messages and no smilies for texts!
Comment: I came to this phone from a Sony Ericsson. Over all I am happy with the phone: everything you need is there. It's not a really good phone for technology freaks, but if all you want to do is send receive text's, make and receive phone calls, schedule things in the calendar and take the odd pic this phone will be ideal. The only downsides are no flash on the phone; probably the biggest problem I have with this phone is the fact that you can't add smilies into text messages easily and you can only assign MP3s as alarms and text tones by converting the files to MMF format, but I can live with these things.
