Good: the music player is really loud and you can clearly hear, the headphones are really good and have lasted me two years without any damage and the internet use is good as well as the battery
Bad: The top of the phones touch screen hasnt been working for a while so i cant view my images which is really annoying it is really really bad in this way
Comment: buy this phone if your only going to have it for a year or so

Good: i liked the different colours u get for it and all the different aps u get on it
Bad: sometime wen texting the touch keyboard on it wouldnt work but thats about it
Comment: i really liked this phone until it got stolen from me about a month ago which was really annoying cause it had photos of family and friends that i dont get to see much, but i do recommed it to any one who is thing about getting one because they are quite good phone to have. xx

Good: style
Bad: no internet allowance, camera very slow.
Comment: i have owned this phone for nearly a year now and to be honest i hardly ever go on it..it's a basic phone and you only get demo's for games so you have to pay which isnt good..the camera is very clear but slow and cannot get good quality photo's because of it being so slow..the style of the phone is really nice and different..so if your a person who wants a basic phone then go for this..if your the person who wants a good deal but still samsung and sociable (cannot access to facebook, twitter ect, unless you pay) i would advice samsung ch@t 335 which i think will be my next purchase..

Good: Its bright and looks really good
Bad: The touch screen had a mind of its own...
Comment: I love the genio because its a really good looking phone. Its light and quite easy to use. I bought some different back covers for it, you can get really nice ones; mine is blue with butterflies :'D Texting was easy and you could even change the font!
Also the music player was great, really clear and loud.
However, sometimes the touch screen would go all funny and select stuff I didn't want, but I've had this phone for quite a while and it only started doing this in the last couple of months.
Overall I really love the Genio and I'm glad I bought it.

Bad: The Whole UI/The Alpha-Numeric Keypad Didn't Work Normally (And In Rain Didn't Respond At All)
Comment: It Was In Theory An Amazing Idea.....The Kids Phone.....BUT The User Interface Was Horrible And THe Alpha-Numeric Keypad Unusable

Good: it looks good , it sits great in your hand with the arched back.
Bad: the touch screen would freeze and play up a lot when trying to text a message.
Comment: It is a good phone , good price all round but the touch screen does play up alot of the time thats the only downfall.

Bad: Touch Screen a bit unpredictable
Comment: A nifty little phone, and very good music player. The touch screen is pretty good, but is a bit unpredictable especially at the edges . Download Opera mini to get an on screen keyboard for internet use - but you do hit the problem of some of the keys being close to the edge of the screen - which can become a bit irritating.
Generally this is a good, hardy phone (I have dropped mine several times with no major damage - so far!). Good clear sound and I think the camera is actually quite good - although only reasonable is low light.
I have no regrets in buying this phone at all.

Good: the orange colour! the touch screen!
Bad: powersave cannot be altered.
Comment: i bought this cell phone because it was orange and i love it. i like the touch screen feature and the backgrounds.
i took pictures and video footage from floor 124 on the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and i'm impressed. the pictures are better than i expected from a 2mp camera.
i love my cell phone and i'd certainly buy another Samsung.

Bad: Everything, Bad Touch screen, Cuts out calls
Comment: I have had it for about 8 months now. on vodaphone. i have sent it back for repair nearly once a month now. it is getting ridiculous. i hate it. half of my calls cut out. i have to push hard on the touch screen. all samsung do is software repairs!!!!!
DO NOT GET THE SAMSUNG GENIO TOUCH, IT IS THE WORST TOUCH SCREEN PHONE EVER!!!!!!!
