Comment: and also if Im doing something on my phone like trying to send a text then a screen will pop up saying 'there's a problem with this either click fores close or wait' and and it just makes it worse!

Good: You can go on facebook and twitter, but with difficulty

Bad: Mojority of things are bad with it!

Comment: I got this phone as a Christmas present in 2010 but it has a two year contract. When I got it I was really please but it wasn't long until the problems started with the phone. It's always slow! It deleted all my contacts at one point. It freezes a lot and when it does freeze it sometimes makes the screen go different colors. If I go on the internet it's slow. The app store takes forever to load! Once it decided not to charge so I took it into 3 and they just gave me a new charger but the other charger was fine! It worked on someone else phone my phone just didn't accept it after a while and now it's happening again! I hate this phone! I advise people not to get it!!!!!!!

Good: Battery life, size

Bad: Constantly crashes, often need to get it to reboot to make apps work/download messages, message indicator flashes for 30 seconds then I have to go into my inbox to check if I have any messages because the indicator disappears. Phone often crashes. Screen is unresponsive, keyboard is tiny and no good for fat fingers, call quality poor.

Comment: I've had this phone for 18mnths and its a 2 year contract. Can't wait to replace it! I also have a HTC Desire HD and the difference is ridiculous. HTC is responsive, intuitive and a pleasure to use and play with. THe samsung is almost as bad as my old Nokia N97 and that's saying something! Wife has an HTC Wildfire and that is much easier and moire reliable than this piece of junk. Would quite like to try out the Galaxy s2 but am not sure about committing after this poor Samsung phone.

Good: not alot

Bad: almost everything

Comment: everytime i turn my phone on and unlock for the first time it always comes up process system not responding wait / force close i have set the phone back to factory it works for so long then the same thing happens over and over.
Had nothing but problems and regret taking a 24 month contract cos cant afford a decent phone to replace this c**p

Good: Haven't found anything good about it yet

Bad: Pretty much everything

Comment: Had this phone for about 9 months and it is the bane of my life. Where shall I start; simple functions such as the dial pad and phonebook crash regularly, messages/phonebook/camera take literally 30 seconds to load up (half a minute is an outrageously long time to wait just to find your friend's name when you want to ring them or read a text), many apps are too slow to work on a phone which is supposed to have a superior processor in terms of speed, the touch screen is a liability and often rings someone completely different to the name I pressed and sometimes won't even let me unlock the phone because the slider gets confused!

If you have any sort of temper I doubt this phone will last you a week.

Good: great apps

Bad: touchscreen doesnt always work, slow, irresponsive, freezes constantly

Comment: BAD PHONE! in the shop the phone seemed quick and responsive, after about 2 months the phone started freezing, touch screen doesnt always work, very laggy.
the touchscreen qwerty keyboard has a mind of its own and doesnt always repsond, apps slow phone down and updates freeze my phone.
only thing i'll miss about this phone is the apps and fast internet!
dont get this phone on 3, they dont care once they have your money!

Good: nearly everything

Bad: camera, not brilliant ! and the phone can be slow.... sometimes.

Comment: I love this phone ! I used to have the first galaxy..... and hated it with a passion ! this phone is such a big step up from the first galaxy... I must admit though when i first got the phone it was on the 1.5 android operating system but after about a month I got the phone updated to a 2.1 android system and it has improved it...... i would highly recommend this phone !

Good: nothing

Bad: every thing the worst phone iv ever owned i will never buy samsung again

Comment: This phone is terrible, the worst phone ever. I brought it from 'Three' and they are just as bad - once they get your money they wash ther hands of you basically. Back to the phone - I've brought 2 batteries, 2 chargers and i'm lucky if i get 5 hours battery use, even if I try battery saver aps. It locks up all the time and freezes then you need to take the battery out and reboot. It's been sent off for repair once and come back 3 weeks later exactly the same, the key borad is duff, its killed 3 SD cards and says they are crupt, even a top quality 16 gb one which was only 3 months old and contained all my best tune and picks (lucky i had them backed up) I am that close to smashing it! If you read this then I iadvise you to look elsewhere for a phone other than Samsung and 3, if their new one is any thing like their old one they should be had-up for fraud for saleing junk.

Good: Build, screen

Bad: Heavy, slow / laggy cramped keyboard even with 'Better Keyboard' installed. Just a pain to own as a phone. .

Comment: Hate this phone with a passion. On paper it's great but just too many things don't quite work properly now an again - apps not initializing, web sites confuse it now and again and can be left with the keyboard filling up the screen and can't close it. Keyboard is terrible for anyone all but the smallest finger tips. Nothing like an iPhone's KB or the HTC Wildfire. Needs something like the HTC Sense interface. Can't close down apps easilly to save battery without using a specific app to do it. Hard to pin down what it is exactly that's not quite right. Just general usability really. Gets really laggy without opening apps sometimes. Have to re-boot. OK to play with sat on the sofa but novelty wears off after about 2 months - then reality hits home - like trying to text one handed on the move - forget it. Texting gets confusing - not knowing if drafts are being sent or not. Won't be bothering with Android 2.1 again. Perhaps an HTC but that's it. Free apps are mostly not worth downloading. 5 months of frustration finally at an end. Yippee.

Good: touch screen is very responsive mine is black and red not sure what version of android its running on but it very good loads of free apps I like the buttons on it. ive only just got mine so dont know about it needing rebooting often.

Bad: camera isnt brill but doesnt put me off.

Comment: Its a very nice phone my old one was htc wildfire and that was great but so far this one is beating it on looks and performance except the camera. no cons really unless you want a really sharp camera.
