Good: android 4.0, design, looks

Bad: nothing

Comment: Totally agree with FONGYs comment.

A fairly minor bug makes this phone useless according to CNET and they give it 2 stars only.

What about the iPhone 4S, it had many bugs and required an update to fix them all but you didnt rate that down ?!

The Nexus can certainly be fixed with an update also and Google/Samsung will definitely come up with one soon.

The media is sadly pathetic and biased !

Good: Its almost perfect with no faults or bugs as reported.

Bad: Can only only go back one month in the calendar.

Comment: I have had the Galaxy Nexus for a few days with no problems whatsoever.

I have been an iPhone user and fan for a long time but I decided to give something else a try instead after reading the reviews on the Galaxy Nexus prior to launch.

I have to say the Galaxy Nexus has been a revelation to me, all you apple lovers out there, wake up and get your head out of the sound because this phone is in a different league, its android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system make IOS5 look dated, it does so much more than what any iPhone can, even jail broken, it’s so customisable. I have found the majority of the apps I used on my iPhone and the ones I couldn’t I found alternative which are just as good and many more free ones. Ok it doesn’t have Siri but after trying it, I like the majority would never use it anyway.

Apple will have to do something very special with the iPhone 5 next year to tempt me back.

Good: Most things. Particularly ICS

Bad: Volume bug

Comment: Fanatastic phone with an amazing new OS. Feels much smoother to operate than any previous Android OS.
HOWEVER the volume bug is extremely annoying, and in certain areas I have found it unusable as a phone. Will likely be taking my phone back for replacement/refund.

Good: Vanilla Android

Bad: About to be superceded by 2012 specs...

Comment: What the hell is this CNET?
So you have a faulty handset and give it 2 stars?
Did you mark down the iphone 4 when you physically couldn't make calls via antenna?
No.
This is NOT widely reported at all - one instance, so you base an entire review's score on this one thing?
You don't wait until you get a response, or get another handset?
Just post it, let people go wild and further decrease your credibility?
Just couldn't help giving an Android device 2 stars...

Absolutely disgusting journalism at its worst.

For this pathetic, such clearly misleading and poor review, I'm done with CNET.

Good: Nice OS. Nice Screen. Powerful. Some very neat features

Bad: May be too big for my little hands

Comment: People moaning about the 5mp camera need to remember that its not the number of megapixels that makes your camera good, its what you do with them. 5mp is more than enough. I don't intend to print off my pics and blow them up to A4 or A3 size.
5 is ample.

Comment: All reviewers who complain of "only" 5 megapixels on a tiny sensor should understand diffraction limits. A useful lecture at Yale University recently (45 minutes in may help reviewers and Marketing...).

Comment: Hey Luke I don't think that program tells you how much of the processing power you're using.
It measures how much data you're using, and if applicable, compares it to how much you're allowed on your plan. Much cooler/more useful than just a simple task manager.

Good: On new version of Android Ice Cream Sandwich

Bad: 5mp Camera

Comment: Android phones are class in the world and it is not like IPhone just one stupid shape for every one and with very little flexibility and on the other hands Android is very flexible to customize and you can fix most of things in Android phones by you need and your choice and beauty of the Android is rapid changes with the new technology and needs and this phone Galaxy Nexus is a result of it so many new features added into it, I already have Atrix 4g for last one year and i am very happy with it and now i am waiting for this Galaxy Nexus

Good: NFC; large hi-res screen, but smaller than my Streak :-)

Bad: Probably the cost; probably the battery life (why not make it 1mm thicker with a bigger battery)

Comment: Can't wait to get one when the price is right, assuming the full reviews are okay. It seems to have everything I know I want.
