Good: too fast, smooth as a operating, super crisp display, easy multitasking, nice design
Bad: no micro sd card slote, lots of apps is not optimized for ICS yet
Comment: super fast 1.2 ghz dualcore TIOMAP processor, 1 gb of ram, full 16 gb space optimized for apps, brand new operating system, super crisp display and slick design makes this device a must have one and I am happy to have it.
No micro sd card slot, plasticky feeling on case downgrade the device in some case
Good: Speedy, clear screen,
Bad: NON-EXPANDABLE MEMORY! Lame camera.
Comment: All the great things about this phone have been blown sky high because the memory is non-expandable!
Well there maybe a future Cloud app but this will rely on data access via WiFi or your Network's 3G connection.
Sadly great potential for additional cost has been added here and all because Samsung couldn't be bothered to fit a Memory Card option.
A major no-no after I made that mistake with the Omnia 7!
Bad: No expandability
Comment: Mmmm Humble Pie
Good: No manufacturer skin or carrier bloatware
Comment: This is my fifth Android phone and my second Nexus.
Having had a Nexus S before this I have decided I'll only buy Nexus phones in future because they're free from the Manufacturer skins and carrier bloatware. The experience is much better and on top of that the OS updates aren't delayed by manufacturers and carriers taking forever to add their 'value' (this means ruin the OS).
I don't care that its made from plastic, its the best material for a phone for me, my plastic Nexus S suffered some serious abuse, it was dropped regularly and stood up to it.
As for the comparison to the Iphone4s, that phone wasn't even on my short-list, it has a 3.5" screen (~57% of the screen area & ~66% of the pixles) of the Galaxy Nexus. lol.
As for the forthcoming Galaxy S3 'blowing [the Galaxy Nexus] out of the water', I can't see it, the S3 might have more pixels on the camera or even a slightly faster processor, but the modifications to Android will dumb down the phone, use up processing power, cause updates to be months (or a year) late and detract from the experience generally. On top of that Kies is at least as awful as Itunes.
I'm very happy with my Nexus phones, I'm looking forward to the next one.
Comment: I am in the similiar situation as Prashant Chauhan
infact would to buy this asap
have always owned an iphone now want my hands on this one badly

Good: new os is cool ,fast cpu, super looking & big screen
Bad: no sd card slot , plastic feel case
Comment: All in all very good phone I think , so if you don't want a 4gs give it a try
Good: Screen,OS,Features,Camera,Look and Speed
Bad: Some more we can do wid Camera and Build
Comment: I was looking for a new smartphone from past two months and to be honest was confused between Apple 4s and Nexus both were of same price and had diff qualities than after 1 month search and according to my need i took nexus and seriosuly i am very happy with this beast .its giving a really diffrent and amazing experiance of smartphone ...really this a best one i have ever seen. S2 ,Apple ,Razr etc..i used all handset with my hand.
Only thing which could be better in it is Build and camera but still they far better than they looks on video and pics.
Thanks Google ...Hats off
Good: Performance, Screen, Camera, ICS
Comment: @slaguru666 Your screen scratched already? what have you been doing to it - it can take this level of punishment: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uyLC61JxsJQ
This is a great phone, and to those who moan about the lack of sdcard - use the cloud - I have over 20GB with picassa (£2 per year) and photos and video stream really well to this device. That's the point of the Nexus surely, the world is moving towards cloud storage and this is the phone for it.
ICS is a great OS and it really shows how far apple are now lagging behind if siri is the best they can offer! The music player is now so far integrated it's just great and you get the really cool old tv screen off as well.
But of course you have to decide, go play with one, you'll love it!
Comment: although do you think itll be better than the S2, when the S2 gets ICS?
Comment: I can see the appeal, but I prefer other (smaller) phones!
