Good: Screen size is fair.
Bad: Far too easy to accidentally press the volume control and off buttons when making calls. Screen locks up during calls. Batterly life is abysmal.
Comment: This is the worst phone I have ever owned. Dreadful. The touch screen locks during calls. It's difficult to end calls, The buttons on the side are too easy to accidentally press during calls - for example I have caught the buttons and reduced the ring volume to zero and missed important calls. The swype text input method is absolutely dreadful - once you have activated it you try deactivating it - it's a nightmare trying to find the right controls. I have never ever used a more frustrating phone in my life and I used to only buy Samsung. No way will I buy a touch screen phone again - dreadful. Samsung really fouled up on this phone and don't even get me started on battery life - very poor - needs charging daily. Absolutely no good for going away on business. Very disappointed in Samsung.

Bad: the display resolution, laggy browser, 600MHz is not enough

Good: Cheap, Android Smartphone, Fast, Looks Good
Bad: Battery Life, Built in Storage
Comment: The Galaxy Mini is the ideal introduction to smartphones. It's cheap (£10/month on Tesco) but looks good and high quality. It supports 3G and Wi-Fi and also allows you to install apps from the Android Market. The battery life is nothing to write home about and the built in storage is poor but overall, I highly recommend this phone.

Good: The web browser is really fast and its very responsive the grip is good and the os.
Bad: Battery life
Comment: The web browser is really fast and its very responsive the grip is good and the os. if it had flash support i would give its five stars. the gps is very good it works perfectly. i also like the colour i got it in white. the camera is a 3.2 megapixel it was an ok camera it also has built in youtube it never buffers. It needs a little more memory it has 461 megabites it comes with a 2gb memory card. the screen is fine the resolution dont matter.it also has samsung apps as well as the android market it does 7.2 megabites per second. i have to charge the phone every day but i recommend it to everone that wonts a cheap phone its great value for its money. im on the 3 network they do great deals its only 129.99 on payg

Good: size, feel, android OS,
Bad: poor camera, abysmal battery life
Comment: Overall it's not a bad little phone, its web capability is fine and it has a good user interface but the camera is so poor that I dont even try to use it anymore, it's worse than 1st gen VGA cams. The battery, however, is a joke, It's almost an offence under the trade descriptions act to call it a battery, after an overnight charge, the battery will, with very light use , last until tea time. I you dare to use the phone and do a little facebook browsing, well, forget it !!

Good: Great price, Android, Fast, High Quality
Bad: Small internal memory, Bad Camera
Comment: A great little phone, the Galaxy Mini is cheap and cheerful. The screen is quite big and has a decent resolution. This phone runs Android 2.2 Froyo out of the box but can be upgraded to 2.3 Gingerbread via Samsung Kies. The phone is fast and has GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA and Wi-Fi Internet connectivity.
On the downside, the camera on the Samsung Galaxy Mini is not brilliant but is ok for the occasional snap and the low internal memory means that a MicroSD card is almost essential.
Nevertheless, I highly recommend the Samsung Galaxy Mini. Yes, it's no iPhone 4 killer but it's pretty good if you're on a budget and want a smartphone.
