Good: i like that face that you can get apps and that the icons are similar to those ones of the iphone. the feel of the phone seem nice also!
Bad: this isnt my experience but as i scroll through many reviews it seems to have a problem with turing itself off frequently which is the same problem my previous phone had and is the only reason I am getting a new one!
Comment: Looking forward to the phone arriving (it is in the post at the mo) and i am hoping i won't find too many issues with it!
Good: easy too use
Bad: i will see
Comment: had this phone for about 3wks now and still do not know how to forward messages?????
Good: Other than the bad points it does what I want
Bad: Battery life, it shuts itself down daily, Camera cannot photo text well. Poor camera performance.
Comment: I wish I had not bought this phone.
Good: Brilliant screen, Ease of use, Android 2.2 is a dream, TouchWiz Ui has plenty of helpful add-ons, and the Ace looks absolutely stunning
Bad: The internal memory of 150 mb is a joke (32 gb SD card support nevertheless), meager 278 mb RAM is a hindrance
Comment: This is the phone you should turn to if you're on the lookout for a mid-range phone. It has the looks to match a phone priced much higher, and a screen to match. It may not have the finesse of the AMOLED one of the Galaxy S II or the iPhone, but its brilliant anyways, very vivid, and the touch response is great as well. The star of the show is undoubtedly Android 2.2 (which it comes shipped with) and the way Samsung treats it TouchWiz UI 3.0, which has plenty of nifty tweaks here and there which help a lot in day to day tasks. Its easy to use, fast, great looking, and the Android Market with 200,000+ apps fuels your app needs very well indeed. Social integration is good too. The Music player is quite good, if not great. Pictures and videos are all available under the "Gallery". Video playback is average. The 5 mp camera is also great at taking shots, but the LED flash, while being very powerful, tends to wash out the pics a bit. On the downside, the phone has really poor internal memory of 150 mb, which severely limits the 'phone memory' apps you can download. But the biggest problem is the meager 278 mb of RAM which is a major problem when multi-tasking with 4 or more apps open, causing slowdowns. Any less than that is handled fine, but still, you may tend to multi-task a lot. It kind of negates the point of having a pretty decent 800 MHz Snapdragon processor.
The Samsung Galaxy Ace is a really brilliant phone, and the few shortcomings it does have aren't enough reason to reject it. Far better than the LG Optimus One or HTC Wildfire 2.
Good: the camra is good an has flash sound is ok screan ok
Bad: always turns it self crashs alote
Comment: my phone needs chargeing min 2 times aday always turns its self off wich can get very very anoying but other than that its a good phone i also got mine from phones 4 u on contract with o2 an 4 sum reson my bill is going up by a pont every day an i dont know y i stick to my mins my txts r unlimated an use wifi 4 internet
Good: Battery life, Powerful Processor, Gorilla Glass Display, Value for Money
Bad: Only 278MB of RAM
Comment: Phone is excellent and the display is very responsive, supports most apps available in the market. Battery lasts more then two days which is pretty good for a smart phone. It is priced just right by Samsung and its features rival other expensive high end phones.
Good: functionality, user friendly enough, clear view, stunning photos & good quality video
Bad: battery life.when i m constantantly on fb.
Comment: Arghhhhhh d battery life
Good: Good battery life, appearance, android.
Bad: for my daily use?? Nothing
Comment: Had chance to upgrade this week. Had a choice of 5 mid range handsets to choose from. Have been going through reviews all weekend & this came out top in all reviews. Was a close call between the Galaxy Ace & HTC Wildfire, but the battery power of the Ace is far better - which is an important aspect for me - so I have ordered the Ace today.
I am not a huge mobile techno junkie - I want a mid range mobile that punches above its weight, & the Ace does that. It looks good, has good battery life, and is an android handset. Job done.
Good: u can call it poor man's Iphone..,i guess android 2.2 is the best part of this phone coz u get really awesome apps,nd grt experience,it is also going to be upgraded to gingerbread soon!!
Bad: 5MP cam is jst decent, the glass is regular lcd nd not gorilla display which is far better for rough usage.no flash and resolution too low
Comment: its good in the android midrange ,atleast for me,coz i've been given limit of 15k only.
but i personally would suggest moto defy with just 2k more...
and for the one who has europa, pls dnt exchange it it is really a nice phone in low budget,i guess it also has a gpu..which galaxy 3 does not have,
