Good: Size, keyboard

Bad: Operating system, ringtones

Comment: The ridiculous amount of keypresses required to send or delete texts is something I never got used to and eventually went back to my old Nokia.

Doesn't come loaded with a nice simple ring-ring ringtone.

I've yet to manage to synchronise my Outlook contacts to the phone, too, as the Samsung software appears to be severely bugged.

Good: It does everything that I want and is easy to use

Bad: No call and vibrate, loudspeaker

Comment: A super-smart looking, small phone with good memory. I upgraded to an N80 but still use this one. It looks neat, and is user friendly, and the camera has flash - but picture quality is out of date now, and the standard ring tones are poor.

Good: Its small sleak and duz everything asked of it

Bad: Its not cutting edge, camera could be better

Comment: All in all a damn fine phone, isnt cutting edge as the camera could be better but if you want a camera buy one. If you want a small sleak, stylish and afordable phone that duz everything asked of it then this phone is for you.

Good: Elegant design, camera, video record, MP3 buttons on front.

Bad: Menus not in keeping with the theme, quickly-filled memory

Comment: The design is beautiful, very stylish and I think less in-your-face than some other phones. The camera images are very competent, I have seen better but I have seen far worse. The video record is second-to-none, I've never seen better on a mobile. Buttons on the front make MP3 playing very straightforward, however I think on a music-oriented handset like this Samsung might have thought about memory cards.
The menus are kind of cartoon like, and although they are very attractive they don't really fit with the style of the phone - maybe something more subtle would be better looking. However this is just being pedantic, otherwise this phone is outstanding. Considering I got it free on contract, what more could I want! Go get one!

Good: Video record and play back is the best I've seen

Bad: No memory card.

Comment: The E720 is a great all rounder. It takes good pictures and can have good ringtones. Being able to be used as a mp3 player is good but the memory size lets it down. I have had the K750i which has a good camera but the video record and play back isn't that good. The E720 has the best video record and play back i have seen so far but it is let down by its memory space. By the time you have a few sonys and a couple of video clips then your memory is gone.
Over all the E720 is an excellent phone and worth getting but if like me you take a lot of video or listen to a lot of music then maybe look for some thing else.
