Good: Phone easily syncs with Outlook which make running my small business easy
Bad: Screen is a bit small and Palm online FAQ and support doesn't provide much help
Comment: This smartphone is just what I need to run my small business. It was easy to setup, syncs easily with Outlook and is small enough to fit into my jacket pocket without being bulky. Having previously had seperate phone and PDA life has certainly got easier. Already knowing Windows Mobile helped to make it easy to use. I've been add my familiar applications - Tube, Zagat, psb Weather and they all work well. It's not flashy, the screen is a bit small but it hasn't let me down. What more can you ask for?
