Good: If I can make a phone call, I think I've done well
Bad: No space for apps, nothing works properly, keeps self-destructing
Comment: 4th phone in five months is now also going wrong. Keeps forcing apps closed, can't cope with one extra app (twitter) being downloaded - says I am running our of space. Orange most unhelpful.

Good: price
Bad: every thing else
Comment: I own this phone and it is rubbish!!! I have had 4 handsets so far and non of them have been good. Two of them over heated, up two 45 degrees, so it felt like it was burning my hand. One of them the internet didn't work, and didn't connect up to the WiFi. And this is the fourth one and nothing hasn't gone wrong apart from that the 3G doesn't work. But, i don't really care anymore because i am sick to death of getting a replacement. The only good thing about the phone is the price, £99 is quite good. It was good for the 1st week when i found out what features it had on it but it isn't anymore. If you want a phone, save up and get a decent one which is branded like apple or Samsung, because all the people i no have got phones like this and they say they are fantastic and have had no problem at all with them

Good: Price
Bad: Pretty much everything else
Comment: And another thing my mother had the same phone and hers recently got to the point where it turned itself off despite being fully charged and would not turn back on. It would simply get to the orange welcome screen and freeze there. The only way i was then able to turn it off was by taking the back off and removing the battery. The same happened to a friend who bought the phone and it took orange over a week to get the replacement phone to him.

Comment: I had this phone, or should i say phones as the first one i had was faulty and had to be sent back, for the best part of six months as previously i had an iphone which broke and as it was on pay as you go and i had it for more than a year so it could not be replaced. i wanted another smart phone and a friend of mine had the original and she was impressed with it so i thought i would give the next generation a try. Very big mistake by me, the first few weeks were good as i was amazed by the many features the phone had for the price and then the problems stated happening. First of all the 3g internet would not turn off and so it cost me a fortune and when i asked the people at orange why it was happening they simply told me it was doing updates. so i tried turning the 3g internet off and it kept turning itself back on so i rang orange and in the end they sent me a replacement. I thought that would be it and i would then be able to use it without any problems. but then the problems started with the new phone, the touch screen was temperamental and would often not respond and then the way that even though i had entered the details for my wifi it would constantly forget the network and i would have to reconnect it again manually and that is just to name but a few, another was randomly cutting someone off in the middle of a conversation for no discernible reason and the way the battery used to heat up to the point on some occasions where you could not hold it in you hand as it was uncomfortably hot. Overall as much as it is cheap you definitely realise very quickly that this phone was built to a price. All the little niggles ruin the phone in the end. I now have a samsung galaxy s II and i could not be happier with it, i certainly would not advise a friend or anyone for that matter to buy this phone.

Good: Android market,GPS, Bluetooth, Battery Life
Bad: Nothing so far
Comment: Iokasti Kassie
I find that the battery life is average for this type of smartphone, obviously, if you leave Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi and Sync enabled this will decrease the battery life. Please enlighten me how you "Fixed" the software fault, did you do a factory reset? or maybe it was "Operators Error"!
