Good: decent phone all in all
Bad: on/off button
Comment: As everyone else has been saying, the on/off button has completely packed in on my phone as well.
I got the phone and a few weeks later the button became permanently locked down and I had to use excessive force to unlock it. I took it into the orange shop and it was sent off to be fixed for several weeks and when I got it back it seemed fixed, however a few weeks later the same thing happened, and I just decided to leave it as it was still pretty much usable but recently the plastic around the button started snapping off and tonight the whole button and plastic around has completely fallen off! I will be complaining on saturday as the only way I can turn it on is by plugging it in or receiving a text, but I have a feeling Orange won't be very helpful. I really regret buying this phone.

Good: Cost, Speed, Screen, Rubberised back, Build quality, Micro HD, NFC
Bad: Orange interface, Buttons, No memory card slot
Comment: At less than £100 on pay as you go this handset is fantastic value and is a vast improvement on previous Orange/ZTE models. Once you get rid of the Orange interface (go to Modaco to see how) you have, in my view, a well designed handset, a fast processor, a nice screen (although not great in bright light) with some other nice features such as micro-HD connectivity and NFC capability. Worth noting that although it's an Orange phone, you can stick Virgin Mobile and T-Mobile micro-sims in there without any need to unlock. The buttons are a bit stiff but I've not had the same issues as other people have mentioned here so maybe early quality issues have been resolved. Overall, it's a really good phone for your dosh but don't expect it to compete with something costing three times as much.

Good: not alot
Bad: on/off button
Comment: I had this phone in july and 6 weeks later, the on/off button has failed!I was given a replacement and sure enough 5 months later the on/off button has failed again!!The only way I can use the phone is to put it on charge and then the screen will light up!this time orange want to charge me nearly £60 to repair it!!I would really like to know why?afterall..the only crime I committed was to use the phone properly!!Not impressed.

Bad: The power on/off button
Comment: I wish I had read some of these reviews before getting this phone as an Orange upgrade. The power on/off button was a problem from when I first used it last November. Because of constantly having to put pressure on the phone to turn it on the actual button has now fallen apart. The only way I can turn the phone on is by plugging it in to the mains or if some-one calls me. So if I was out and needed to phone some-one I would'nt be able to. I haven't called Orange yet but I will let you know what they say when I do.

Good: good value for features
Bad: incredibly fragile
Comment: Yes, this phones has a very nice processor and screen for the price, but of the 3 people I know who have bought this phone, they've all broken them within 4 months. One of them their headphone jack broke within a couple of weeks, and then a few months later dropped their phone and the screen was compleatly smashed beyond use. The other also dropped the phone and it suffered a similar fate to the first one. The last one managed to drop it and somehow break the capacitive sheet below the screen. And of course if you drop your phone orange considers it not their fault, and so are compleately unhelpful.

Comment: I just want to warn people about this phone. In less than 5 months I have had to have two replacement phones because the power on/off button has failed. On the second handset I had the button broke off completely because of the excessive pressure needed to get it to make contact. It seems to be a design flaw and I wish I had never chosen this model. I don't know where I will stand when the warranty expires so potential buyers beware!

Good: Nice large screen and easy to flip from screen to screen
Bad: Difficult to turn on and off, instuction manual gives wrong information
Comment: I like the phone on a whole, but am disappointed with Orange, the instructions said to push the button at the top and tap the lock icon on the screen twice to turn the phone on, I kept doing this but it just kept turning off, I phoned Orange for help and was told to charge it overnight (contrary to the instructions). I phoned baack next morning and they said they would send a replacement phone which duly arrived next day, same problem until my friend said to try sliding the lock like an ipad, success. When i took some photographs i found in the Gallery that there was someone elses information in a folder there, finally got hold of someone from Orange, who basically told me that they never said they would send me a new phone, just a replacement, they will not take the phone back or give me a reduction on the price so I am stuck with a second hand phone. Not good Orange, as soon as the credit is done I will be unlocking it and going to another provider.
