Good: The decent sized screen and brightness

Bad: Quite often, it's bit slow to respond to taps and in some cases requires 3 taps.

Comment: I've had this phone for over 2 years and overall, I am happy with it.

Some have suggested the keyboard is somewhat cramped and/or small. Personally, I don't find that to be the case. The sound and picture qualities are impressive, in my view. Karl Zeiss lens are a big bonus being as KZ is one of the top if not the top lens manufacturer in the world.

The phone can feel insecure in your palm when in use. It would have been better if the phone had been manufactured a tad thicker and instead cladded with a rubberized backing to prevent that slippery feeling that is so apparent when held. Then again, a suitable skin can probably be purchased to help compensate.

In my opinion, the battery life is only average.

That said though, I won't be changing it for quite some time yet.

Good: good clear phone calls and great customizable abilities

Bad: keyboard is terrible for sending texts, feels flimsy, occasionally turns it's self off.

Comment: the phone is good, but i have had a few problems with it such as, it sometimes turns itself off (mainly when using GPS) Does not feel like a quality product, had two. the first one died :(
apart from that, not bad

Good: Really sensitive touch screen phone, wifi, flash on camera

Bad: tpuch screen is very fragile, three customer services if you go with that network...

Comment: I got this phone 8 months ago. About a month after I got it, I dropped it on a carpeted surface and cracked the screen in 3 places. It was unusable and at that time nowhere locally could fix it. I paid my network provider to fix it. Back in January the phone started to play up badly, when unlocking the keypad the screen developed a fault whereby it showed almost a barcode type image when unlocked and the only "cure" was to lock it and unlock it until the screen was normal. During the first repair the speaker was damaged too so sound quality on calls was horrifc.

I put up with the annoying fault for 2 months before contacting my service provider, as their customer service has always been a bit shoddy (in my opinion). On this occasion they surpassed themselves. The phone went away to be repaired, it took a week and the once intermittent fault is now nearly continuous, and very frustrating. I really like the phone but it's putting me off getting another Nokia.

The capacative screen is very good. Very sensitive, not a problem. The apps are great, I use opera mini and mobile on my phone rather than wait for my laptop to load. There seems to be no lag and the phone is quick.

It's just this fault which seems to be getting worse.

Good: Looks Good

Bad: Everything

Comment: This phone is awful, the touch screen is rubbish, I have had mine 4 months and the key lock button has fallen off. Have another 12 months on my contract and have regretted every moment of getting this phone. Going back to my Xpress Music which I loved! If thinking about getting this phone ..., DON'T DO IT!

Good: Almost everything

Bad: Slow internet connections at times, the back of my phone doesn't fit on at the top very well, low battery life

Comment: I have had this phone since september 2010, and it has been overall great. It looks very nice, the camera is good, the touch screen is officiant and responsive and I could go on and on.
However, the internet connections can sometimes be painfully slow, and so at times I just end up not going on facebook, twitter etc on my phone at all and just leave it for a while. The back doesn't fit on mine all too well, but it's only minor so I hardly notice it. Also the battery life is quite low, and it goes down a considerable amount when you watch videos on youtube, listen to your music etc. so overall, the battery only really lasts about 2 days if you use the phone for a lot of media entertainment.
So I recommend the Nokia X6 highly, it's a fantastic phone for media, entertainment and applications. It is definately the best phone I have ever owned. :)

Seriously though, what is with all you people that complain about it? You must of had a dodgy supplier... :P

Good: ......... cant think!

Bad: deleting text when typing, lock button fell off, silver side hanging off and a rip off for internet costs!!

Comment: When I got this phone I liked the look of it. Have had it for over a year now and still another year nealy left! Realy regret getting this phone, it will nock onto loud speaker all the time when on a call, the alarm will not always work, the hold button snapped off, the silver rim along the side is hanging off!
This phone has never been dropped and it is an protective case.

I got a nokia as I always thought they were the best brand, but am now very disapointed!
Will not be ever getting an nokia again.

when I am texting it will delete all the words even though I dont want it to and it is unstoppable! thought it was jsut my phone but after reading some other reviews it must be a all nokia X6!

I can not wait untill my contract runs out, very disapointed!
