Good: Stylish, well built, lots of useful apps
Bad: Poor camera flash
Comment: This is a great phone, much better than my 7610 was. Better built, better batt. life (poor batt. if you leave applications open)
Quite large, but if you want a small phone then you get a small screen! Easy to up the memory for music, vids etc. also good for sat nav.
I think some of the reviews here are pretty harsh for what is really a handheld computer.

Good: Ability to synchronize the phone to my PC, good camera
Bad: Changes ring tone and turns itself off of its own accord, really slow, heavy, ugly
Comment: I was impressed with this phone when I first bought it. However, I now cannot wait to get rid of it. I would not bother.

Good: Stainless steel casing
Bad: Everything else
Comment: Double the size of previous Nokia screens with the same tiny battery = hopeless battery life. 1 minute boot up and long boot-up period for most applications. Small fiddly keyboard with lots of extra (pointless) feature keys. Terrible user interface - everything is so slow and laborious. Mini-icons on my screen that I don't recognise. Loss of tons of useful twirls from previous Nokias: automatic keyguard, insertion of contacts/numbers into texts, etc - all gone. Usual crashing and fade-out episodes. I don't even have time to finish listing its faults in my review.
Overall, a huge step backwards from Nokia. Avoid at all costs.

Good: Easy menu system, good styling and clever camera
Bad: Nokia's pc software is still rubbish, and phone can jam up if you try too much too quickly!
Comment: I've had this phone three weeks, and it's jammed up three times already. Apart from that minor irritation this is the best phone I've had to date. The bundled USB lead makes transferring media from and to a PC fast and easy, just ignore Nokia's software.

Good: The best thing I like is the image and video editing. That part's really the best thing.
Bad: Doesn't have infrared and the front camera still VGA.
Comment: For all is best. Very gorgeous. I think this is the phone that for this time I like the best. Hehehehehe.

Good: Looks and the software on the phone
Bad: Speed of the menus
Comment: This phone is an excellent introduction to the N series... and you wont be disappointed with the connectivity and software. The only real bugbear with the phone is that it takes a long time to navigate through the menu system... 1/2 second to 1 second delays, means that it is rather slow. A faster processor to zip through the OS would have been good.
Also not too convinced by the main camera... the quality is questionable. Though the main camera for video calling is good. Overall, the phone is good and I'm pleased with my choice. I would have rated the phone as a 9 if it had been faster.
I would recommend that you ask for a demo in the shop before buying... to see if you are happy with the menus and camera speed.
