Good: everything except more apps
Bad: limited apps
Comment: I also have an HTC inspire and the sound with head phones is much better than my lumina 920. Can I find a better player or amplifier app to enhance the sound through my head phones??? Otherwise a great phone!!!

Good: Size, Weight, Screen and Refreshing Intereface. Loudspeakers are actually loud.
Bad: Wifi connectivity, bing, email synching
Comment: I have had this phone for about 3 weeks now and very Glad I got it. The build quality in my opinion is amazing. No cheap plastic, no highly visible scratches and the weight is reassuring for a £500 phone. The screen is rather bright and the auto-adjust brightness makes the screen clear, permanently. The Camera is impressive mainly in low light, the social side has most of the major ones and you can add. Though shooting from lock can be fiddly and can take some getting used to. The movies and music ar very good. Music in it is very clear and nice range, not massive base but gives quality mid-range.
I have to say the Wifi, likes to stop working mid download. I don't know if it can't keep the signal or what but can be frustrating to have to reboot the phone to get Wifi again. It is nearly as annoying as email sync. They love live tiles however I have several email addresses and each inbox is a separate app. Pooling them without using office would be greatly needed. Also bing is the default search engine, there background pictures can be kinda cute however it is painfully slow compared with google.
I am leaving the interface for last because most people ar put of by it. But rest assured the leaning curve isn't that steep. The tiles are quick and you can find everything quickly, if you know what you want. Honestly on Android/IOS the pages can be quick but with ICS onwards I find its take the same time to find everything. Same time for favorites and obscure apps. While Microsoft has a nice easy way to quickly find your usual suspects. Which is perfect if you want a Internet, phone, music and minor gaming mash up. And for the record the is search ability, which some say doesn't exist

Good: Size, screen
Bad: All the rest
Comment: LLumia 920 that I bought yesterday is such a disappointment.
Difficult to navigate, Bing page appearing without any provocation all the time, Apps are lousy, no sync with a Mac because Windows Phone does not recognise the phone on my MacBook Pro, no proper VPN Mobile App so I can not access my company account.
Lack of Apps, I thought, was not issue since I have an iPad 3. But it became an issue this morning when I could not access my bank account.
Microsoft is insulting our intelligence by claiming that Windows Phone is really a phone and the App Windows Phone is an App. If they think they can hit iPhone with this attitude, they are going to have a nasty surprise. Microsoft still lacks focus in its software business. Without properly fixing the issue of Mac Sync how dare they thought people will switch from iPhone. An idiot like myself did switch though; probably they had a point.
Tonight, Lumia 920 will become a gift for my wife who uses her phone just as a phone and I will go back to my trusted iPhone.
I wish I had bought an iPhone 5 and my mind you I was partially 'deceived' by the positive reviews like this one.
Do not touch the Lumia 920 even with a barge pole.

Good: Brilliant screen, excellent camera quality, extremely solid build and premium finish, Windows Phone 8 very easy to use
Bad: Battery life isn't all that impressive, might be a little chunky for some.
Comment: I've had this brilliant smartphone for a week now. I am truly impressed by Nokia's new flagship. I chose this device over the iPhone 5 because I like big phones. The iPhone 5 felt brittle and fragile in my hands. My friends hated the weight of the Nokia, but they were all impressed by the build quality, operating system and the stunning Carl Zeiss camera. I had issues with the battery life, then I read that removing Facebook and Skype then reinstalling the apps help with the battery life as well as turning off Nokia Drive background function. It helped a great deal and the battery life now goes to 9 - 10 hours on 3G, 6 hours on LTE with brisk use. I highly recommend the phone and it's the best alternative for Android phones and the iPhone.

Good: The Camera!!, Sharp Display, Effective Stereo Speakers, 2000mAh Battery, Live Tile Display, Gorilla Glass 2,
Bad: Windows Phone 8 still lacks the ability to send documents from E-Mails (read only), Notification technology still falls short, Currently ALL Network Locked to EE Group of Networks until Exclusivity Period expires, Tethering still not possible through a Cabled Connection
Comment: In the Windows Phone 8 division the 920 is certainly the 'Flagship Phone' with so much technology packed into such a tight space.
Having previously owned an 820 for a short period of time the 920 is most definitely worth the extra pennies, featuring Gorilla Glass 2, a much sharper display, a more heavy-duty battery, better speakers and an AWESOME Camera...but I do think the 'Flower Shot' they showed everyone in New York was slightly optimistic, No Light = No Photo!!

Good: OS, screen, camera, unique design
Bad: Possibly too late on the scene to make an impact?
Comment: It seems somewhat hypocritical of CNET to criticise WIndows Phone for its lack of apps when they haven't made one for it themselves. Is there one in the pipeline?

Good: The camera, You can use your gloves, wire-less charging, NFC, WP8, X-box music....
Bad: Nothing that i can think of. Some people say that its too heavy, i think it's a plus. Now i can use my phone as a stone *_*
Comment: Most revolutionary phone of this decade

Comment: This phone rock, the screen resolution is out of this world, the voice recognition is top notch and the maps and GPS are faultless, if you are tired of apple, go and buy this phone, you won't be disappointed

Good: O.S, Sleek, Smooth, Sound Quality from Speakers, Large Screen, Apps,
Bad: Mic, Glossy Backs, In-Ear Headphones, Battery life
Comment: I agree with the issues with the Mic, it has to be close to your face otherwise the person on the other side might complain that you have them on loudspeaker.
The headphones in terms of ergonomics are shockingly poorly designed and will baffle most users and will most will inadvertently damage them due to poor understanding of how to properly operate them like me. Battery life could also be better.
