Good: (ALMOST) EVERYTHING
Comment: I love Windows Phone, as a ex android (ice cream sandwich) and ios (7) and now WP (8) user I can tell you that WP is by far the best mobile OS I ever used. If you add a solid, user friendly, reliable and useful OS to a suberb hardware quality that equals this brilliantly HUGE phone.
Even the poor battery it's a bad thing this phone worths all the money you gave to buy it. No regrets at all, just glad I finaly found a reliable phone and... android never again.
Good: really nice design love windows
Bad: not very good battery
Comment: i like it my username is WPN which stands for windows phone network
Good: A great, all round phone with a good price tag
Bad: (more of an improvement that is needed) have more interesting backgrounds in the start screen
Comment: The nokia lumia 920 is a exceptionally good phone with great windows 8 features which are sure to only become better. The phone is on the more heavier side of the spectrum of phones but makes up for the high specs that are inside. The snapdragon processor with 1GB of ram is a mixture of low and high end in phones. However, the phone performs well and is capable to handle a mixture of tasks and gaming is exceptional with the high res screen. This overall is a great phone with its wireless charging and nfc (which i believe will be the future) compared to its price (which at Tesco is 220 pounds 3/10/2013).
Good: camera, interface, battery, support
Bad: apps lacking
Comment: This is the best smart phone I've had. After having an android and an i-Phone this beats both with a beautiful interface (actually a joy to use), a great camera and a good phone (as in making calls etc.). It's only slightly let down by the number of apps but no way near as bad as some people make out and the ones you can get are excellent. Plus the XBox games on here are very good.
Good: the best cam and maps
Comment: With the best cam, maps, and more, find the best place to have fun and share it easy and quickly!! I feel proud of him
Good: display camera
Bad: sync options battery drain charge time
Comment: fantastic phone if you only use it to make calls do much else and the battery wont do 2 hrs but handy if you like bakon as ut runs hot enough to cook it ... i pulled the sim on mine and put it in my old android phone the nokia is now a support for my pc as it has a foot missing .. its doing a great job
Good: Amazing phone! Best camera and screen ever on a phone! Good reception and above par battery life for a smartphone!
Bad: Phone turns on automatically when you attach it to charge, not really a problem but annoying at times!
Comment: WP8 is great! people complain about the missing apps but to be honest only about 3-4 apps are truely missing and should be out shortly due to its growing success!
Much, much better than laggy android (i had been using it for 2 years) and on par with IOS!
Good: Almost everything
Bad: Lack of good business apps
Comment: I was initially a bit disappointed after my Nokia E7-00 Belle, which was a great business phone. However, as I have got more familiar with the 920 I have grown to like it enormously, and much prefer it to my wife's iPhone 5 ...... other than the disappointing lack of business or corporate apps. Microsoft / Nokia must act urgently to persuade more businesses to provide their apps on the Windows platform or they will permanently alienate a large part of their customer base.
Good: Beautiful looks, great interface
Bad: lack of useful apps, no vpn
Comment: I have an iPad and iPod Touch, but I find iOS rather dated now. When the Lumia came out I saw it and really liked it.
Overall its great - it looks beautiful, the operating system is fast, looks great and easy to use. There are a few issues that make this not a great phone for the business user like me. Microsoft need to address these issues if they want to make a dent in Android and iPhone.
- lack of VPN support... pretty much every business i know makes its staff use a VPN to access corporate networks. Even my old iTouch has this. When I travel in middle east I need VPN to get around the internet blocks put on by local telco (for example blocks on voip). VPN is a basic requirement
- lack of a sips client. There are lots of proprietary apps for "cheap" phone calls. But none that let you put in your own sip phone account details (our corporate phone system).
- lack of full disk encryption. It appears from reading online that this is built into the OS but only big business users can activate it. This is absurd - with Android anyone can turn this on.
MS is apparently working on Windows Phone 8.5. Will it remedy the above? Somehow i doubt it. But if they don't sort these out they are never going to win over business users who've been crying out for an MS phone.
Good: Build, looks, operating system, sound, screen, camera & a million other things
Bad: Lack of expendaple memory
Comment: I had a Lumia 820, wich i bought because of the sd card option, but i couldn't resist the 920, and i'm glad i bought it. A fantastic Phone in every way.
