Good: Xbox Live! MS Office, apps are better than the same apps on iOs and Android, Very smooth and not laggy like Android, makes IOS look old fashioned, plenty of apps, faster at all the things you will use everyday

Comment: This Cnet reviewers is obviously biased, The Nokia Lumia 800 is the top rated phone on Amazon in the US, infact ten of the top 15 phones are Windows Phones, so stop listening to these biased reviewers and check out what actual owners of the phone think.

Android is laggy and fragmented, iOS looks very old fashioned against Windows Phone. You don't need multicore processors with an OS this fast
The Lumia 900 is faster than iOS and Android at things you do with your phone every day.
Check out smoked by a Windows Phone it has a 98% win rate with over 50,000 challenges so far.

Android suffers with thousands of users having their detail stollen by malware and Windows Phone does not have this so is a much safer phone to own.

For the record I own a New IPad 3 and use my Windows Phone more, because I prefer the OS.

So don't believe these biased reviews, most people love their Windows Phones

Good: Hardware

Comment: This is a silly review. 2 things:

1. Yes it may only have have a 1.4Ghz processor, but that's because Windows Phone doesn't need anything more. Its a tight OS as apposed to a bloated fragmented mess that is Android.

2. "Just don't expect it to be as fully featured as Android or iOS." This is rubbish. Windows has just as many features built-in than Android or iOS if not more. Local Scout, Bing Visual and Music Search are built in as opposed to requiring separate apps on other OSs. Tell Me, may not be as extensive as Siri but is just as accurate and usable. Not to mention Facebook and Twitter integration, XBox Live and Office.

This whole review sounds like you'd made up your mind before even touching the phone. CNet UK's reporting bias showing its ugly self again.

Good: Fun and intuitive interface, bundled software, great design

Bad: It's late arriving and will struggle to compete. That doesn't mean it's not a great phone

Comment: I've got one on order, due to be delivered next week and have listened to lots of opinion. I'm fed up with the complaints about a lack of apps. Considering how long the marketplace has been operating, I think close to 100,000 apps ain't that bad actually!! Forthcoming integration with SkyDrive and being able to stream your own media, access documents, remote access desktop, etc. will be fantastic! Can't wait to bin my iPhone and start using something fresh.

Good: good operating system

Bad: few apps

Comment: overall is good windows phone but for the reason that there is lack of apps and the huge screen. I would not buy it, it does not fit in your hands to big for a phone. this is my opinion but if want a big screen I would suggest it, since windows phones are better that android operating systems. or just buy an Iphone, but is too expensive, however it has the best operating system for phones yet.

Good: WP, screen

Bad: design!

Comment: I would get the 800 over this phone, the 800 is a better looking device, the glass sort of blends in to the plastic, this phone it is just slapped on top. Nokia took their time with the 800, the same cannot me said about the 900

Good: everything

Bad: nothing

Comment: I had bought an iPhone 4s. What a worthless phone; i returned it. I can not understand how they sell such an obsolete software that everybody praises but conveniently do not say the important features that are missing. It looks great works ok and it lacks major features like standard email. But alas we have windows phones that have these features for more than a decade and now Nokia with it. Great news.
