Good: Fast, Easy to use and great battery life
Bad: Menus and icons dated
Comment: I bought the phone as a replacement for my iphone which was stolen while i waited for the new 3G version.
The E71 surpassed my expectations with its ease of use, long battery life and light weight. The office functions for editing word, excel and powerpoint are much better than Windows Mobile.
The web browser is blazingly fast. Ive never been a fan of Nokia phone but this phone is great.

Good: taking it back
Bad: the screen cracked when i opened the box
Comment: i got it out of box the screen was cracked. i took it back they gave me another ony the same again. not happy nokia!!!!!
