Good: Battery life, QWERTY keyboard/ Texting, and organisational features.
Bad: back cover some what weak and bends quickly.
Comment: Battery life is very important in a phone especially in day to day use, what’s the point of an amazing phone if it lasts 6 hours. Nokia E61 has been the perfect phone in battery use as it manages to last for 3/4 days with med/high use. This is particularly impressive as I have a HTC HD2 which drains the battery and I’m lucky to get 8+ hours of low-med use.
Picture quality is okay nothing special moreover the flash is a great feature which complements the camera. Pictures seemed crisp and sharp with good lighting however, in dark scenes the phone tended to have trouble making shapes even in night mode. Music and video is pretty standard nothing to talk about they both are easy and simple to use.
Email and internet play well together. The phone easily picks up network reception on Orange/T.mobile rendering pages quick and in detail. The Nokia E71 lacks email features and its basic design and template makes a very dull email experience.
The nokia E71 however, should not be put down by lack of excitement. The phone performs well in every department and gives real value for money especially the texting. Nokia E71 is tailored for business people with more features like adobe reader, quick office, planners ect.
The nokia E71 build is really good it looks sexy and stylish. Solid build however, the back covers metal hinges did tent to bend easily which causes problems when putting the case back. The phone is packing great features no glitches or bloadware but is let down by the lack of excitement and range of games/email/multimedia/web browsing features which well all want.

Good: Simple to use, Very good messaging, Qwerty keyboard is sublime!
Bad: Camera quality is poor, very basic customisation
Comment: Just started using this phone as a replacement for a HTC wildfire. This phone far out perfoms the Wildfire. It actually works for a start. The Qwerty keyboard is brill, only took a day or two to become a prol.

Good: Features
Bad: Very slow and having to restart all the time as it gets stuck
Comment: • I regret Buying this phone. It is slow. heats up while on a call and try multi-tasking and you are sure you will have to restart the unit. Worst of all When its is taken to the Nokia agents all they do is take it in for inspection then restore to factory default ( I have to personalize the settings again) and give it to you. By this time you are tired of waiting you just take the damn thing and go only to realize the problem still persists. I have done this about 5 times...The agents the first time replaced the unit I purchased with a brand new one. I have taken the replacement in about 3 times; and now i can be bothered. Lots of bells and whistles but not what I expected. Good phone if u have the patients and love to keep restarting your phone.

Good: qwerty keyboard, home screen, ease of use
Bad: camera could be better
Comment: I got this phone on a contract and have been so impressed with it. It is very easy to use, qwerty keyboard fab would never go back to the alphanumeric one again!!
Substantial menu which covers nearly everything.. Email very easy to use.. would have liked a facebook application but you can't have everything!!

Good: Connectivity
Bad: Processor could be a little faster
Comment: If you got this phone because you couldn't afford the iphone, then you should have waited til you could.
Everything is compared to the Iphone, but if you want a phone that works like an iphone, then you should really get an iphone.
This phone is excellent. I use my E71 to connect to gmail, yahoo, hotmail and outlook express and it works seamlessly everytime. I use the nokia maps in the UK and throughout europe and it works a treat. The pre-installed apps are great and allow me to retrieve xls, doc, ppt and pdf formats as well as picture and sound files. Applications available for download are limited and probably usless in terms of productivity.
The phone has a 3.2MP camera. Industry standard, I'd say, considering this isnt an N-series phone. If you want a multimedia phone with a better camera and you have spare time to wait for it to load before the battery runs out, then get an N series.
If you think its OK to compare cameras with a k800's 3.2MP camera, then you're mistaken. The k800 is a cybershot phone, which is not only its best feature, but probably the only feature worth mentioning. If you wanted a better camera, get the Sateo 12MP, C905, C902 and so on.
The E71 is a good all rounder, all of its features work if you know how to use them - I would agree that Nokia support is almost useless - use website forums to get things going , its easier. If you don't know of its best features such as push email, wifi, hsdpa etc then maybe you bought it for the wrong reasons.
All in all a good phone. But, im not a Nokia rep...
The Iphone is better.
