Good: Simplicity
Bad: Nothing I don't like
Comment: Have used this phone for more than 2 years now would not change it.
(Except for an E61i if I wanted a camera).
Everything works as designed never had any problems.
If all you want is a phone that does emails very well and can read them as well due to its large screen, then this is the one.

Good: the screen. the key pad
Bad: no scrolling button , no touch screen
Comment: this phone lacks a camera. It's not easy to use cause it has no touch screen no scrolling pad. But as a business phone it's good.

Good: All the features I needed, Wi-Fi, business features
Bad: In-built memory of 64MB
Comment: One of the best phone for business users. After Nokia 9300i, this one looks stylish as well as fully loaded. A camera would add more to it but at this cost it's one of the best mobile phones (infact PDAs) on the market.

Good: Wi-Fi, screen, the keyboard
Bad: No Camera, no embeded software for SSL
Comment: I like the keyboard and screen, but I would like to have more embedded software. I don't miss the camera that much but I think it would be better if it was there.
