Good: The fax feature along with the useable qwerty pad are excellent
Bad: Not that great for downloading tunes etc, limited onboard ringtones
Comment: For a serious mobile office tool this phone still cuts the mustard some two years after its release.

Good: Range of functions, ease of use
Bad: Unreliable software and hardware
Comment: Perhaps I just got the rogue one from the factory, but my Nokia 9500 had to be fixed twice while under warranty, the synch function was never reliable, the image on the cover screen often jammed, and it has just crashed completely (and I suspect permanantly) after two years of life. Not what you expect for a device costing £500ish.
